The whole trip from start to finish was amazing the staff were amazing all I can say is don't hesitate just book it but always make sure you book with tui because I spoke to people who booked and thought they were getting the same package but it wasn't nor was it all inclusive for them like us the island is beautiful overall a fantastic experience that I personally would do again

The atmosphere on the boat was amazing from the captain to our guide Angel. Nothing was too much and they fully allowed everyone to enjoy themselves and were not holding back on serving drinks to everyone. The trip and getting on and off the boat was great with everyone being helpful and the buffet, as buffets go was second to none with all tastes catered for. The golf carts were fun addition and to saw the island a little more but felt like a bolted on extra that distracted from the beach.

This trip should never have gone ahead. A trained captain would have known the challenges that lay ahead. From collection at our hotel we feared for our lives. How we managed to arrive back alive is a miracle. There is not enough room here to tell you all that was wrong. There was no good but about this trip. It left us feeling totally ripped off. I shall be making a separate complaint

The trip should of been cancelled from arriving at the dock they hurried you on to the boat black clouds all on the horizon everything was rushed few drinks served the rest got nothing unless asked give half the snorkeling gear out again the rest fend for your self guide already in water shouting hurry follow me water very choppy huge waves 10 mins back on boat then the storm hit rain lashing couldn't open our eyes not asked to go inside our dry cloths soaked through then lightening disgusting

The crew were hospitable, friendly and tried there best to be good hosts. The catamaran is a standard catamaran, nothing luxury with not enough standard external seating for all. Also I did not see any offer of premium spirits as advertised. Beach club is tired, small beach area and the food offering was basic, not labelled and the staff literally begged for tips...made dining very uncomfortable.

Long time waiting to get on the boat. Everybody was there waiting. Was if keeping you there as long as possible so you would spend money on there stock. When we got sailing the staff from start to finish were excellent. Even the rain didn't spoil the day.

Trip was brilliant, the transfer from and back to the hotel wasn’t the best though, not enough seats on the way out which ended up with a young couple sharing the passenger seat! We were assured this would be sorted for the return trip but we had the same issue with one of the party having to sit on the floor for the 1.5 hour journey back. Having said that the actual trip was great

Overall everything was a fantastic trip from hotel pick up to being returned to the hotel. Crew cannot be faulted and was excellent service and very safe throughout the trip. We even had an additional unplanned swin stop . Would highly recommend

From the start of the day, everything went as planned. When we arrived at the destination, From check-in to boarding the catamaran was smooth and well planned. Once on the catamaran the staff was excellent from looking after your welfare to making sure you had plenty of drinks. They explained what to expect at each stop off and made sure you were provided with everything you needed. Excellent day out. Paul Shelley.

Amazing experience. Crew were so polite and helpful. Our glasses were always full. Food on the island was outstanding.. Golf buggy ride was fantastic. Only down side was being hassled on the streets, but I do understand that the locals rely on visitors trade.

My partner stayed in the Adult Scene section—perfect for a child-free, fun vibe. The staff were amazing, especially around the pool, with drinks brought to us constantly. Shoutout to Nando from the entertainment team—he made sure we were always having fun. The food was great, even for a fussy eater like me, and the lazy river was a personal favourite. Every night had great entertainment and good vibes - Thank you!!

Mini bus driver expected a bigger tip than we gave on the way there, tips are optional. We had to go through 1.5 hours of selling new sun cream/hats/etc before we were allowed on the catamaran. The start of the hard sell . The catamaran was great once we were on it. The staff on the catamaran were really good. The snorkel bit was poor, hardly any fish. All the places we stopped were tourist traps, everything was really expensive. The golf buggies were poorly organised.and in need of repair.

The waiting around was not good, after a 2 hr bus ride your wait at the port for a long time and in this time they are just trying to sell you things like suncream etc.. The wait time is just not needed at this length.

Was an enjoyable trip overall, only had one brief snorkel stop shortly after leaving dock. Was taken to the north of the island first and felt spent too long there for ‘shopping’. Gets back on the boat and taken to the south of the island for lunch at the beach club and golf cart tour. Would have been happy spending all the time at the beach club instead of the shopping stop. Crew onboard was lovely though and made it a great trip overall

It was a very enjoyable experience. The team was very professional and attentive. The lunch offered was ok. The golf cart activity was fun but the brakes on our buggy failed a one point. The DJ on the beach was "on point". The only thing that disappointment was the number of people on the boat at one time. It was a bit squashed, fortunately, we all got along and had a great time.

Being directed to a shop by staff, and then being ripped off to the sum of £260 over the agread price. Snorkeling was rushed staff were rude during that part of the excursion. All other aspects of this trip was great, unfortunately the above issues let this trip down from being a 100% perfect trip.

An enjoyable day overall with good customer service albeit a rather expensive trip. For £125pp I had high expectations and felt these were 70% met. It could be improved by having nicer transport to and from the dock, the small buses were cramped. The departure dock lacked facilities too. The boat and staff on board were great. The forced photographer on board was ok but at $45 for a few digital snaps I felt was extortionate. Great service on the Atlantis 2.

Der Strand am beachclub war eine einzige Katastrophe Dreckig ohne Ende Haben sogar ein kondom immer wasser gefunden Besser wäre es gewesen auf diesen 2ten stop zu verzichten Der erste halt war dafür perfekt aber viel zu kurz Und wenn es adults only heißt ärgert es mich noch mehr dass man in eine massenabfertigung mit Kindern in den Beachclub geschifft wird Würde gerne mehr bezahlen und diese Probleme nicht zu haben

The service was amazing Flipy and his team kept the drinks constantly flowing. I felt totally safe during the snorkelling and exploring the island. The free time was enough to explore each stop. Bring sun cream as it’s a very long day but totally worth it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cancun.

No I instructions on life jacket usage given! Life jacket uncomfortable & obstructive to swimming/ snorkeling! Lunch not too exciting with no desserts such as ice cream! Golf buggy trip long & not very exciting! Would have been better as a bus trip to the final mujeres statues!

Our guide and the crew on the Atlantis 2 were brilliant, couldn’t do enough for us and the rest of the guests on the trip. Special shout out to our guide Daphne she was AMAZING !! Really knowledge and very friendly as a family we are all still talking about how nice she was.

Everything went great from start to finish. Fab air conditioned coach, very informative staff especially Angel. Adult only trip was amazing and looking at other catamarans around us they seemed overcrowded where as there was approx 16 people on ours. Golf cart was my fave part of exploring the island. Great fun with stunning views and gorgeous photo opportunities

Was left stranded on jetty, catamaran had left us 1 hour earlier than was supposed to. Finally had to queue a long time and pay 10 dollars for a taxi to beach club, the rest of our time was rushed and cut short. Staff did not apologise for anything.

Ce que nous avons aimé : rien! Rien ne correspondait avec ce qu'on nous a vendu! Attente d'une heure sous un soleil de plomb lors de l'embarquement dans le catamaran avec seule boisson reçue, une bouteille d'eau chaude! Snorkeling impossible vu que rien ne nous a été signalé qu'au-dela de 60 ans, nous ne pouvons plus y participer! Sur l'île, le buffet était a l'air libre sans couvercle! Les oiseaux venaient manger et déféquer dans la nourriture!!! Une vidéo sera postée sur TripAdvisor!!

The snorkelling wasn’t the best, as at the beginning a lady panicked within minutes of being in the sea. Made other people not want to carry on, everything else was amazing. On the island I bought 3 bottles of tequila, was told they were £120 each, i bought 3 as was told the 3rd was free. On checking my bank’s app I was charged £557 that’s over £300 that Ive lost due to trusting the locals absolutely disgusting.

While the majority of the day was really good and the food was really nice I do have to say the swim or snorkeling wasn't advisable for anyone other than experienced swimmers We thought it was going to be swimming close to the boat Bit infact it was around a 500m swim which wasn't advisable for anyone other than experienced swimmers Also the golf buggy drive was a bit on the short side Not great value for money But guides and others very friendly and helpful

The staff on board were fantastic, as were the waiting staff on the island. The boat was smaller than described and very cramped / overbooked and the bus to and the hotel was awful. It lacked air conditioning, it was too small, and the suspension was awful, making it an uncomfortable journey

There was no sun loungers and the snorkeling that was advertised didn't tell you the boat left you stranded. I wish I had never booked it. The ride over to the island, there was no where to sit, everyone was just sitting on the floor. I have bad hips so it was very difficult to get down and back up.

The boat was overloaded with standing room only in places, the golf cart tour was too short with no information given by the guide and the on the return from the carts it was 40 minutes killing time before getting back on the boat. Catering staff actually asking for tips !

The bus left 15 minutes late. We had to queue for over half an hour to get on the catamaran. The drinks supplied on the boat were not very good. At the first stop we were told to be back at 11.45am. We were back on the pier at 11.44am and the boat had already left meaning we had to get a taxi to the next stop. We arrived at the amazonas shortly before the boat did and had lunch which was ok. We then had to queue again for around 30 mins for a golf cart. Then had to queue again 20mins for a drink

We got up at 6 am showed up at Lobby for our pick up we were told 40 minutes running late so we decided we had enough time to grab a bite to eat we checked in 4 times making sure we were good the we were told after all that we were a no show.., we ten paid another $100 us for a r Taxi to the marina then sat for 2 hours for our bout which did not have the tui flag we then went out from dock 5 minutes for snorkeling which they yelled they entire time cording us like cattle to close together.

The lunch was poor and too busy. Food wasn’t replenished . We were told the price included a sun lounger but they were all reserved so we had nowhere to sit. The boat was excellent though the drinks were limited- ie only enough Prosecco for 1 glass each(6 of us) overall a really good experience , just disappointed with the beach club “free for all”

The trip as a whole was really good a couple of things were not so good there was a lack of seating at the lunch for the amount of people going for lunch at the same time. The transport back from the tour seemed a bit disorganised as waited about half hour before shuttle bus arrived to get back to hotel.

We had an amazing time! Great trip, very comfortable catamaran and the crew are brilliant, very entertaining - highly recommended!

Absolutely appalling support from TUI. Transport at 6.30 arrived at 6.15 driver didn't speak English, no information just told to get in vehicle. Herded at the port when we finally got there like rabbits in headlights still no instruction or TUI representation. Lunch was a joke. Limited time on the island and definitely felt like cattle being herded. Waited 30 mins for transport back after every other coach had left. Shocking would not recommend totally mis-sold experience

Völlig überteuert. Miserable Organisation: Zu späte Abholung Ewige Warteschlangen am Hafen Essen schlecht Golfcardtour auch zu langes warten Abfahrt Katamarsn am anderen spielt ohne Info TUI muss hier mächtig nachbessern

Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to weather conditions. We were really looking forward to it so that we could actually get into the sea which we haven't managed to do on our holiday. The only plus was that I did get notified at 6am that the trip was cancelled on that morning. Up til now we haven't received our refund but have spoken to the rep to activate this

We were cancelled twice for the excursion due to weather conditions. We had pointed out to Reps after the first cancellation that storms were forecasted which they disputed. Our second cancellation arrived 30 mins before the scheduled pickup! Two nights of our holiday wasted due to retiring to bed early. I think better communication would have prevented time wasted.

Great trip! The guide & staff on the boat were amazing & looked after everyone so well.The island was beautiful & the food was so nice there too.Drinks were plenty & the boat ride was so good.Some enjoyed the snorkelling & we did the golf buggy tour too.The guide was excellent we really enjoyed our day out-Thankyou!

The experience was amazing, the crew were fabulous, friendly the island was lovely, we had a roam around the shops and then back to the catamaran to travel a bit further up the island where we had a lovely lunch, we didnt do the golf carts as we chilled on the beach instead.

The first stop for snorkelling was rushed and the boat moved away which wasn’t explained at booking. Second stop at shops was not necessary, would have been better to spend more time at the beach club and buggy drive. Would have liked longer at the stop on the buggy drive to allow us to walk out to the head

Great service, everyone on board was so lovely and couldn’t do enough! Felt super safe doing the snorkelling and the service on board was amazing. May have missed it in the booking but didn’t realise there was a stop in the downtown area before the beach club. Would have preferred more time snorkelling or more time at the beach club but still a good trip

Over 60 year olds if fit and healthy should not be judged and able snorkel, I’m 65 fit and scuba dive and wasn’t allowed! More care needed for the buggy drive as we were unaware it was on the main roads plus our buggy had no steering or brakes, plus if you do the buggy you for go the swim not told it was one or the other. Otherwise great ??

Great trip from start to finish, staff couldn’t be more attentive throughout the day, snorkelling trip was excellent. Beach club was lovely in a beautiful setting. Food and drinks were endless and again the staff were amazing.
