With headsets for direct communication, you won't miss a thing.Now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, the walled town of Rhodes was fortified by the Knights of Saint John in the 14th century. Get the lowdown on the history of Collachio, the area hugging the impressive Palace of the Grand Master. It buzzes as the shops and the bars light up in the cool evening air. As we stroll southwards, the area's ordered streets give way to the more chaotic and mazy alleys of Burgo. This district, dotted with old mosques and historic Orthodox churches, is a joy to wander by foot.After 90 minutes of fascinating medieval history, we'll unwind at a typical taverna with a laidback meal made from locally sourced ingredients. Der Guide war einfach super. Er kannte Rhodos Stadt wie seine Westentasche und. auch alles v. d. Historie. Die Bootstour aber war zu kurz. Das Restaurant war sehr schön . Aber das Essen war sehr schlecht. Der Salat war trocken ohne Dressing. Das Moussaka fade und lauwarm. Der Klecks Tzaziki war lächerlich. Der Kuchen war ebenfalls nicht der Rede Wert. Hier hat Tui definitiv am falschen Ende gespart. Schade, vor allem, weil fremde Restaurantgäste richtig tolle Sachen bekommen haben.

The TUI bus arrived on time, our tour guide was very pleasant, the old town of Rhodes is beautiful. Only the food in the restaurant was tasty, but in terms of quantity it resembled a children's menu, a little Greek salad and a piece of moussaka.

Der Guide, Busfahrer und alle sonstigen involvierten Personen waren alle durchweg, nett und freundlich. Die 30 min. Bootstour war nicht informativ da fehlende Informationen während dessen. Der Stadtrundgang war informativ aber sehr zu kurz. Uns fehlten Informationen zum aktuellen Zeitgeschehen von Rhodos. Das anschließende Abendessen hatte wenig Qualität und fehlende Auswahl. Die Zeit für „Freizeit“ war aufgrund der Temperaturen an diesem Tag völlig ausreichend.

De Duitstalige gids sprak zo gebrekkig en onverstaanbaar dat het gewoon niet te volgen was. Ook het audio apparatuur (oortjes) lieten te wensen over met slecht bereik. De "Cruise" mag je echt niet zo noemen , je vaart de haven uit gaat links af langs hotels dan stukje terug en je ziet een klein stukje oude haven en dat is het. Dan het eten, drankjes niet inbegrepen en het eten is zeer weinig en zeker niet de Griekse keuken. Spijt dat we dit geboekt hebben voor zoveel geld , NIET WAARD !

Our guide Tina made the tour she was knowledgeable clear easy to understand. She cared for her guests to make sure they had a great time. The tour itself is very well planned and very interesting Tina made it this. The restaurant was very hospitable and friendly.

La sortie était très intéressante que ce soit au niveau de l'histoire de l'ancienne ville ainsi que de son aspect architectural avec un guide qui nous a accompagné tout au long de ce parcours qui était très gentil et très investi dans son travail !!! ; seul bémol de cette sortie, il y a eu un ********** de 30 minutes qui bien sûr n'a pas été compensé sur la fin de la visite.

La guide pour ce tour de Rhodos expliquant bien tout concernant l'historique de Rhodos. La croisière sur le bateau nous montrait vraiment tous les environs de port. Le restaurant choisi était bien question le dîner. Les petites rues commerciales sont vraiment sympa et attractives. Chouette expérience!!!

NEG: Abendessen: etw. einfallslos: Griech. Salat, Moussaka (altern keine veg. Speise, die ich aber auf Anfrage bekam, super also! Nachtisch Schokoladenkuchen mit süßer Spritzsahne. Der weiße Tischwein schmeckte nicht. Bis die Zahlung abgeschlossen war, hatten wir nur noch 50 Min. bis der Bus wieder fuhr. 1/2 h frühere Hinfahrt wäre super POS: Führung durch Seitenstraßen mit Infos über Miete, finanz. Herausforderungen der Stadt. Guide mit Kopfhörer Busfahrer spielte keine schöne Musik ab :-)

Die Fahrt mit dem Bus war sehr angenehm, wir wurden von einer Reiseführerin in Rhodos empfangen. Die Schifffahrt war am Beginn der Führung, was leider schade war, da man sich die nächtliche Beleuchtung der Stadt erwartete bei die diesem Ausflug. Dies wurde uns aber am Beginn der Führung mitgeteilt, dass sie das geändert haben. Die Reiseführerin war über aus Kompetent, die Führung durch die Altstadt sehr lehrreich. Das Essen in der Taferne war sehr nett und der Seniorchef sehr bemüht.

We did not enjoy the evening; trouble to keep up with guides commentary; 2 different languages, disappointed with boat trip; led to believe it was later to see old town lit up at night, but actually early evening, meal also disappointing ;perhaps we just didn't enjoy it as a personal choice, all in all not good value for money.

Unser Guide (Steffen) hat uns am Bus abgeholt und gleich losgelegt. Nach der halbstündigen Bootstour ging es in die Altstadt. Mit Steffen war es keine Minute langweilig. Er versucht in der kurzen Zeit sehr viel von seinem Wissen an die Teilnehmer zu vermitteln. Im Anschluss an das typisch griechische Essen hat uns Steffen Rhodos bei Nacht gezeigt aber nicht das typisch touristische, sondern das typisch griechische, abseits der Hauptwege. Wir wären da nie alleine hingegangen! Super Steffen! Danke

Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Tour. Gleich vorweg - hat alles bestens, pünktlich und zuverlässig gepasst. Die kleine Hafenrundfahrt ermöglich einen schönen Blick auf die Alt- und Neu-Stadt und ist gleich zu Beginn der Tour. Die Stadtführerin hat uns zu allen relevanten Bauten und Ecken der Altstadt geführt und umfassende, aber nicht zähe und langweilige Infos gegeben. Essen war gut, anschließend genügend Zeit für eigene Erkundungen.

Der Ausflug war super organisiert. Eine sehr schöne Stadtführung mit den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Auch das geplante Abendessen im Ippotikon war sehr angenehm, ein familiäres Flair und sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Die freie Zeit von 2 Stunden ist ausreichend um sich die Altstadt mit ihren vielen kleinen Geschäften selbst anzusehen. Ein sehr gelungener Ausflug!

Voortreffelijk Een zeer interessante excursie. De gids Corina maakte de uitstap zeer interessant en educatief. De 3 Tui-excursies die we met haar hebben gedaan waren buitengewoon en leerrijk. Wat kan beter De boottocht mocht ietsje meer zijn. Er werden 2 van de 3 havens aangedaan. De derde haven zou het gedeelte op het water iets interessanter maken. --- Bij het lokale diner zou water en/of een glas wijn mogen inbegrepen zijn zoals bijvoorbeeld bij de Tui-uitstap West-Rodos het geval is.

Positives: - Bei der Hafenrundfahrt konnte man die Stadt aus der Sicht der Aegis sehen. - Die Führung durch die Stadt wurde von der Reiseleiterin mit sehr viel Wissen und Liebe zur Stadt durchgeführt. - Die Nachmittag-/Abendtour gibt einem die Möglichkeit die Stadt bei Tag und bei Nacht zu sehen. Die Temperaturen sind dann auch angenehmer. Negatives: - Zu Beginn musste man 20 Minuten auf weitere Teilnehmer am Hafen warten. - Das Abendessen war qualitativ nicht gut.

Visite très intéressante. En soirée permet de voir autrement sans les chaleurs de la journee. Genial les écouteurs qui permettent d'entendre toutes les explications sans etre collé au guide. Balade en bateau permet de voir le port d'un autre point de vue. Repas typique et tres bon. Meriterait d'avoir plus de temps libre pour flaner tranquillement.

De Franstalige Gids was heel goed. Boottocht in de haven was ook heel goed. Mensen zaten niet op elkaar gepropt, zoals op de boot naar Symi. Eten in restaurant was ook oké. Één aandachtspunt: het eten in restaurant ging veel te snel. Misschien iets meer tijd voorzien. Deze excursie is een aanrader. Zeker met deze uitstekende gids.

The journey to Rhodes as we were told it should only take 1hr 30mins but this was afrer us taking 1 hour to collect from quite a few other hotels when we were advised the time originally specified included collecting everyone and this was why it was the best way to go. We then had the same 2.5 hrs to return as we were one of the last to be dropped back, we were not happy about this as felt misadvised. We were also expecting someone to explain to us what we could see on the boat trip.

Thema verfehlt. Da es leider noch nicht dunkel war. Erst bei der Abfahrt. Insgesamt dem Kind einen anderen Namen geben. Sonst war alles perfekt. Vom guide, also Führung, zum stadtbummel bis zur Bootsfahrt. Würde ich immer wieder empfehlen.

First the coach was later picking up, there was no guid on the coach just a note on the window the. Once on the coach there was chewing gum on the back of the seat in front of our seat. We then Walked round the harbour to the boat which was a 20 minute waste of time. The tour of Rhodes town was good and guide very knowledgeable. The coach back some of the seats where ripped and again we had chewing gum at the back of the seat in front of us with no guide going back.

Der Ausflug war für die ganze Familie sehr interessant. Die Reiseleiterin hat kurzweilig und informativ die Geschichte zu Rhodos erzählt. Sie ist auf Fragen eingegangen und war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Das ausgewählte Restaurant hat uns mit sehr leckerem landestypische Essen verwöhnt. Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Abend für Jung und Alt und ich kann diesen Ausflug wärmstens weiterempfehlen! Preis Leistung war in Ordnung so.

Belle balade en commençant par une petite croisière autour du port.puis direction la vieille ville de rhodes avec des explications au top de notre guide. Ensuite repas dans un restaurant (pas top). Absoluter Reinfall, solche Touren bin ich von tui nicht gewohnt. Schiffstour?! Einmal raus aus dem Hafen kleines Stück der Stadtmauer entlang & zurück. Hatten das Headsets an, welches am Ohr schmerzte von Infos seitens tui Guide kein Wort. Im schweinsgalopp durch die Stadt, gut Infos gab es stehen geblieben wurde nur einmal-man hätte ja nach dem Abendessen noch Zeit. Abendessen keine Info was es gab keine Auswahl. Danach viel Spaß beim shoppen-dafür ist man nicht in Rhodos. Für 82€ unmöglich!

The guide was pleasant and knowledgeable. We were told when we booked the trip that there would be a choice of chicken, pork, vegetarian or moussaka. This however was not the case and we were only offered moussaka which neither myself or my husband like. We wouldn’t have attended the trip if we had known we were going to be served this. We ended up spending most of our free time at another restaurant buying another dinner. We spent €164 for the trip and another €42 in the other restaurant.

The trip to Rhodes was worth the visit, pretty by night. Very popular too in the evenings. Tour guide was very good, think she would have had the answers to every question if you asked one!! The mini boat trip was ok but maybe some commentary whilst you were on it would of been better, seemed a bit of a waste of time to be honest

Loved the town itself. Beautiful and historic. The bus journey to get there was not good. Picked up at at least 10 hotels from everywhere. It was boiling hot and despite asking the driver to turn up the air conditioning he did nothing. So after 1 and half hours on a boiling coach wasn't to impressed. The guide however was very good lots of information. The cruise was short and the meal basic. Town was amazing.

We booked this trip for an early birthday present for our daughter, but from the bus trip to start the journey it was awful,it was boiling on there I don’t think the driver knew how to put the air con on, a boat trip that really isn’t needed thought it would of been better, we were walking through the town the guide stopped to talk to us while we were all on a zebra crossing with cars passing us,the food unfortunately was also a no we ended up paying more to have something else, so disappointed!

Alles gut organisiert , sehr freundliche Reise Leiterin und viel über die Geschichte der Altstadt erzählt. Sehr empfehlenswerte Tour.

Anzumerken wäre, dass es sich hier um keine Stadtrundfahrt handelt, das sollte man unbedingt in den Ausflugsunterlagen ändern! Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Stadterkundung zu Fuß. Ansonsten ein sehr informativer Ausflug, die Altstadt kennen zu lernen.

We wasn’t told it was a guided tour, knowing we had two children with us, which I don’t recommend this trip at all for anyone with younger children. We was told we would be back by 10:30pm we got back at midnight. The mini cruise as stated was absolutely rubbish we went around in a circle. Food was awful in the restaurant. Paid 270€ for the trip and it was absolutely waste of money.

Le guide etait excellent. La croisière était sans intérêt. Le repas aussi. Faudrait faire ce circuit de jour car la nuit, on ne voit rien dans les ruelles de la vieille ville. En somme, bateau et repas inutiles.

Firstly the harbour boat trip, is the first thing you do. Then you walk around old town. As the guide was having to do English and German it was all a bit long winded. Food at the restaurant was good but very rushed.

Der Abend mit unserer Guide Tina war ein absoluter Traum. Es hatte den Charakter einer Insidertour durch die Altstadt von Rhodos, als würde ich mich mit einer guten Freundin verabreden, um die Stadt kennenzulernen. Die Organisation war super, die Bootstour und das Abendessen in der Taverne einfach wunderbar. Wir können es sehr empfehlen, die Stadt zu dieser Uhrzeit auf diese Art und Weise kennenzulernen.

Le tour en bateau est très court, après on marche quand même beaucoup, vous devriez prévenir les gens qui ont des problèmes de mobilité, le menu du restaurant est bof... Plutôt déçue de la prestation.

No boat trip, the food in the restaurant was poor when compared to our hotel. The whole dining experience was let down the rushed service. The TUI guide was very good & worked hard to rescue the trip.

Hallo, der Ausflug war toll. Eine entspannte Anreise per Bus nach Rhodos. Unser Tour Guide Tina hat alles gut organisiert. Selbst die Pinkel Pause wurde nicht vergessen. Das Abendessen fand im Restaurant Romios statt. Klasse Service und geschmacklich sehr lecker. Anschließend noch genügend Zeit für Rhodos bei Nacht zu erkunden. Leider ist die Bootstour aufgrund des starken Windes ausgefallen.
