Children under 8 years old
People under 1.2 metres tall or weighing over 130kg/21 stone/286lbs
Guests must not be under the influence of alcohol or any substances
Bags larger than A4 (21cm wide x 30cm long)

Know in advance:
The maximum number of participants per group is 17 people for each time slot. If your group is smaller than 17 people, you may be joined by other participants on your experience
You must be able to wear a harness which has a maximum width waist of 125cm and a maximum upper thigh width of 75cm, which are the maximum measurements the harnesses can bear
Bookings must adhere to the following adult to child ratio: 8 – 12 years of age: 1 adult to 2 children; 13 – 14 years of age: 1 adult to 4 children; 15 – 17 years of age: 1 adult to 6 children
Small complimentary lockers are available to use. Personal belongings can be stored in a cloakroom (subject to availability) in the Tottenham Experience Store
No specific training will be required in advance. All visitors should be physically and medically fit to take part in the activity
You will be required to complete a waiver form on the day, which explains any potential risks involved
All climbs are subject to weather conditions on the day
No refunds or reschedules are given for late arrivals
Remember to bring:
A cashless method of payment, as no cash is accepted for any purchase
A valid ID (valid driving licence and/or passport - photocopies can be accepted)
Comfortable clothing and a pair of socks. For colder weather conditions, please also bring a hat and gloves
