Guide was fantastic and provided a lot of information about both Sicily and Mount Etna. We went to 2800m which was really worth it. We had three hours there which can go quickly if you want to go to 2800m, we just had enough time to have a quick bite to eat, take the cable car, take the 4x4 and do the walk with the guide to the crater.

Fabio was a brilliant guide and extremely helpful going above and beyond to make our experience of Etna and Alcantara Gorge as enjoyable as possible. Even when our bus A/C broke, him and our driver resolved the issue quickly and even bought us all a treat later. We cannot praise them both enough.

- the guide (Fabio) was excellent. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic. - I felt safe with the driver (Alfio) - it was an easy way to do Etna - not really a negative as was unavoidable but there was a lot of time in the coach. Luckily Fabio filled the time with history and vulcanology info

Great tour of mount Etna and the Gorge.. Fabio was very informative about local info and Anna was a great driver.. off to a perfect start with everyone on time and cable car and 4x4 to Etna was well organised and enjoyable . The trip to the Gorge was also good but please note ticket not included and cost a further £11 for entry .. Gorge is a must see visit and bring water shoes and towel for a paddle.

The trip itself was good and both Etna and the gorge were amazing. Unfortunately the guide was rude and seemed more interested in getting home early than our enjoyment of the trip. Lots of other companies do tours of Etna, so I would recommend booking with someone else so you don't get stuck with the guide we had.

Guiden var superbra Tiden var alldeles för kort på Etna, vi hann inte med andra stoppet för att se den aktiva kratern på grund av köer och väntan för biljett, sedan vänta länge för att åka buss upp och sedan vänta länge igen innan guiden började guida på första stället och sedan vänta igen för att ta buss ner till andra stopp som vi tyvärr fick hoppa för att hinna ner till bussen hem.

Lovely trip out, but the website needs to be clearer on the amount of walking and steps up and down and the entry fees to the gorge, which were higher than I’d expected for the gorges.

Guide was knowledgeable and gave great information. Gorge trip was pointless as we couldn't go down due to public steps being closed. Everything was added charges, using steps, escalators at gorge then toilets at Etna. Not enough time to explore Etna. Weather also turned on us and we had a scary misty trek along the top of a crater whilst being hailed on!

Great day was bit delayed due to some people on couch getting stuck in a hour qué to get bk down volcano due to weather and before set off someone in my hotel was not on time for pick up so was waiting again but tour rep was fab even though the frustration of other people time keeping

The guide on our Tui bus was great. He explained the experience and what to do. The four by four staff were not so helpful and it wasn't clear where to go or why we couldn't shelter in the vehicles. It was pouring with rain and freezing cold but we had to wait outside. No signs and nothing in English. But the experience was fantastic once we found where to go. Out Tui guide then met us back at the bottom. Amazing for us - two adults and two over 17 year olds. Take warm clothes and a towel!

Guide very informative, shouldnt have to pay to gain entry for Gorge though, should be inclusive of fee.
