Johan Cruijff ArenA stadium guided tour is available in English or Dutch
The Ajax Stadium Tour is around 75 minutes long
There are no tours on match and event days
This ticket includes a Canal Cruise. You can use it to board directly at any of the four departure locations: Prins Hendrikkade (opposite Amsterdam Central Station) - Prins Hendrikkade 33A, Leidseplein on the canal across from Leidsekade 97 Westerdok (near the Anne Frank House) - Westerdok 806, Europakade (at the Rijksmuseum) - Museumstraat 1
To guarantee a specific time slot, make sure to book your cruise in advance. You can do this by visiting the local operator's tickets shops. You'll find the instructions in the voucher after booking
Children under 4 years old go free of charge if they do not occupy their own seat
The duration of the cruise itself is 1 hour, but please note that it takes some time to board the boat, so the total duration of the experience might be up to 90 minutes in peak season

Please check in at Johan Cruijff ArenA stadium at the Main Entrance E. Show your (smartphone) ticket when entering the museum. Please note, it is only possible to access the museum at your chosen time-slot. For the Canal Cruise, you can use it to board directly at any of the four departure locations: Prins Hendrikkade, Leidseplein, Westerdok, Europakade and, Museumstraat. To guarantee a specific time slot, make sure to book your cruise in advance directly with the local operator. You'll find the instructions in the voucher after booking.
