Know in advance:
For the airport shuttle, contact Le Voyage à Nantes reception team to receive your e-ticket. You'll find the contact details on your voucher after booking
The river cruise on the Erdre, the guided walking tour of the city, and the audio guide hire must be booked directly at the tourist office
Free public transport network for Pass Nantes holders (and for all on weekends). No public transportation on 1st May
The City Card is valid for 24, 48, or 72 consecutive hours from the day you exchange your voucher
The Nantes City Card cannot be exchanged or refunded in case of theft, loss, partial or total non-use
Free access to tourist sites and guided visits included in the card are subject to availability

Con antelación reservé online algunas actividades para asegurarme que en el día que iba a disfrutar el Pass Nantes iba a poder realizar las visitas que me había planificado, y me lo gestionaron muy bien.Pass Nantes para un día es muy útil, pero alguna actividad podrían extender un poco su horario

It was great having the pass, I just had very limited time on my holiday. I arrived on a Monday and didn’t know most of the attractions are closed so I wasn’t able to maximise the pass. But otherwise it is indeed a great value for money and so easy to use.

La city card est super pratique pour visiter Nantes par contre nous avons payé cette carte avec Musement et elle s’est révélée inutilisable au moment de réserver une visite nous avons dû aller dans un office du tourisme de la ville pour l’activer et c’était compliqué on a perdu beaucoup de temps
