Qué esperar
Valencia no es sólo cultura, también es un lugar tentador para salir a cenar y de compras. En esta excursión de un día completo, tendrá la oportunidad de ver los lugares de interés en un viaje panorámico en autobús y, a continuación, conocer los detalles en una visita guiada a pie por el corazón de la ciudad. Según Martí, uno de nuestros guías locales, "Valencia ha salido de la sombra en las últimas décadas y ahora está a la altura de Barcelona y Madrid en arte, cultura y gastronomía. Nuestro casco antiguo, uno de los más grandes de Europa, está repleto de monumentos, entre los que destaca la Lonja de la Seda". Se ha convertido en un salón de comidas epicúreas y es una visita obligada, no sólo por los aperitivos, sino por el diseño del edificio en sí. Het was geweldig , veel tijd in de oude stad , maar minder de tijd in het nieuwe stad half uurtje is echt te weinig ....beter verdelen misschien? Al met al het was prachtig .

Onze gids wist enorm veel over Valencia en allerlei andere leuke dingen te vertellen. Hij schakelde ook moeiteloos van Nederlands naar Engels. De stadsgids in Valencia Maria spreekt perfect engels. Al met al een aanrader.

Erg leuke tour met een goede vriendelijke gids. Die ook zeer behulpzaam en bereikbaar was. De chauffeur had een zeer prettige rijstijl. Valencia was erg mooi. Helaas wel heel erg warm, maar daar heeft Tui geen invloed op.

WE hadden spijtig genoeg geen panoramische bus en in Valencia zelf te weinig tijd om binnen in gebouwen te gaan zien wat zeker de moeite zou geweest zijn .Liever voor een paar dagen naar Valencia om ook binnen in de mooie gebouwen te gaan wat zeker de moeite zou geweest zijn.

Excellent value for money to a beautiful city. Tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable as well as professional.. wonderful day spent and will recommend it to friends. Only problem was no breakfast as told restaurant was open early, myself and my wife entered and got a coffee and croissant but only to be told to leave immediately and not to return at the early time again (15 minutes early) we were highly embarrassed and hungry until coach stopped later for a break.

Jammer van de pech onderweg met de bus, daardoor een uur in de bus met warmte en geen airco vooral voor de oudere mensen. Misschien een tip, flesje water aanbieden bij de toilet/drinkstop. Reisleider Sariel heeft het heel goed opgepakt!

Wij hebben bijna een uur gewacht op een nieuwe bus. Omdat de bus storing aangaf. Was niet aangenaam. Geen airco, voelde ons niet prettig. De tocht verder met de gids was goed.

Tour guides were not that knowledgeable and to have everything repeated in Dutch and English was very tiring . We thought it was a English speaking tour so we and a few more guests were not happy . Valencia on the other hand was a beautiful experience .

Good coach trip and guided tour . The taxi transfer the driver had an aggressive style of driving and excessive speed and constantly on the phone and driving while driving on busy winding roads .

A good day out but would have liked more time at the Science and Arts museum. Also there was a guide speaking English and a guide speaking Dutch , one speaking after the other so this took extra time up. Would have been better to have two separate groups of people doing the tour, one group English speaking and the other Dutch speaking. This would have made for a smoother tour and given us more time to ourselves.

Der Busfahrer und der Begleiter im Bus waren sehr nett und kompetent und durch den Reiseleiter wurden viele interessante Informationen vermittelt. Der Stadtführer in Valencia war ok, ich habe aber schon interessantere Stadtführungen erlebt.

Loved the whole excursion to Valencia, its stunning!! From our Pick-up to being dropped back at the Rio Park. We were looked after very well by driver Manuel and guide Sireal, very informative about all the history and architecture of Valencia. So a big thank you for taking care of us so well.

Valencia was geweldig ook de uitleg en info heel goed. Er stond een panoramische tour gepland dat zou ik nietzo noemen je rijdt naar de plaatsvan bestemming en krijgt veel informatie is de juiste benaming. Verder zat de bus zo vol dat echtparen niet naast elkaar konden zitten

Onze gids was een jongeman die het echt heel erg goed heeft gedaan. Hij was rustig, straalde professionaliteit uit, sprak zijn talen uitermate goed, heeft heel veel kennis over de omgeving en de historie en toen iemand niet op tijd terug was bij de bus, bleef hij rustig en kalm en legde de dame via de telefoon uit wat ze moest doen. De chauffeur daarin tegen oogde veel meer gestresst. Onze grote complimenten voor de gids. Zijn naam ben ik kwijt. Iets met een S?

Valencia is beautiful. Pick up at 8 30am, stopped at services after half hour on coach, stopped for 30 mins break, this was not needed. Guided tour was slow tedious as 5 mins explaining in English then 15 min in Dutch. Then given 2hrs free time. Was assured if anyone got lost they would guided back, but as we left Valencia tour guide said they had leave a person behind as he/she had got lost and had rang to late to be retrieved ! then stop at science museum for 25 min toilet break?? Trip 11 hrs

We didn't stay with the tour just because we wanted to explore Valencia ourselves. Interesting information from the guide on route to Valencia. Stopping at the science museum area on the way back was a bonus. Would have loved more time there but understand time constraints from the operator.

The actual tour and tour guide were excellent. We did not like at the end of the tour,we wee told we had to change to another bus because we would have a taxi waiting at the bus station in Benidorm to take us to Our hotel on Calpe.We then had to watch our coach leave and wait IN THE HEAVY RAIN AND COLD WIND for the next coach to board there passengers,then we had to sit right at the back of the coach.The tour rep then spoke in German the whole way home ,not one word of English.Felt disregarded

The entire trip was excellent. Jan did a fantastic job, guiding us. Throughout the day, with an incredible knowledge of places on the route, then within the city itself. A suggestion, not a criticism. I have impaired hearing, and struggled at time to hear Jan (not his fault, he tried his hardest). The use of a ‘headset’ system would have been a great addition, for me at least. Looking forward to our next excursion on Monday.

Jessica was an excellent guide, told us enough interesting facts and willing to answer additional questions. Tour was well run logistically, all transport arrived on time with professional drivers. Good value, cheaper than Saga's, and covered what we wanted. Would help to have headphones to hear guide better. The stop on the way wasn't up to scratch, limited toilets.

Felt safe with Tui Team, Jessica the guide very knowledgeable and caring about customers. Dropped in a very good spot to begin sightseeing and given all details required to do a self guided tour. The bus tour gave you a good flavour of València, never going to be enough. Especially enjoyed second short tour on science / modernism area. Never going to be long enough but a great taster.

De oude stad voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen. De vrije tijd in de oude stad was veel te lang. De laatste stop city of science had totaal geen meerwaarde. Beter was een stop voorzien hebben in de gewone binnenstad van Valencia. Deze hebben we helemaal NIET gezien. Dus absoluut GEEN waar voor ons geld gehad. Volgende keer overwegen we andere uitstappen dan bij TUI rechtstreeks.

The trip was fantastic, the tour guide Emilio was absolutely brilliant, very informative and humorous too! I was not too keen on the service stop on the way there, all very unnecessary and seemed like it was a ploy to bring two busloads to a TUI partner to spend some money. Wasted 30 mins of the day that could have been spent exploring Valencia. All in all though a very enjoyable trip and would recommend.

From start to finish the tui staff in the hotel were amazing at explaining the tour and when and where to be picked up. The coach driver was lovely and Emilio our guide and Jan (who we also had for the calpe and cave tour thr next day) were both so informative, polite and just made the day so much nicer. We enjoyed seeing all the sights on the tour as we we wouldn't have managed them all in the day without a guide. Our guide Sariel had an excellent knowledge of valencia and Spain in general pointing out places en route as well as during our time in the city. The coach journey was very comfortable and our driver was excellent. If I had to be negative I would say not much time at city of arts and science but we were happy with that as we managed to take photos etc. Overall a great day out.

Tour guide and coach driver fantastic had a great time but for the price after walking tour was done we only had just over 2hours left in old town and the Catherdral took an hour so not much time to explore much else and then we had 45mins at the Arts and Science area which was a waste no time to explore there just grab a drink and it was time to go. If you are going to incorporate both needs to be better thought out or just spend all the time in the Old Town or give people the option.
