Enjoy a half-day tour to Banjul the capital city of Gambia and learn about the history of this fascinating city. Our tour starts at Serrekunda, the largest town in the country. Upon arrival we will visit a tie and dye batik factory that is in business since 30 years. Here we witness a display of batik items and you will be given the chance to do some shopping if you like. This trip is a must if you want to learn more about Gambia history and culture. Our guide was really informative. There are 4 stops (not including lunch at the end) which were all different and interesting. Perfect half day trip.

Nice little tour, very informative and friendly guide. Paced out to capture Banjul with time to stop and take in the surroundings, trade stops well managed so didn't feel pressured to buy as you can sometimes

Great
Banjul is a small city with very few really interesting sights. However, the tour is worthwhile as it gives one an excellent taste of Africa. and the Gambia's post-colonial history.
