Es war keine geführte Tour nach Lindos. Durch die Stadt musste man selber zurechtkommen. Tourleiterin erzählte von der Akropolis. Die man dann gemeinsam bestieg. Leiterin konnte gut Deutsch. Nur sprach sie öfters davon, daß die meisten das erzählte vergessen werden. Da wir früh dran waren (9:00), konnten wir den starken Touristen Strom beim Aufstieg vermeiden. Danach waren die Gassen, Akropolis und Stufen voll mit Leuten. Eintritt für die Akropolis extra zu bezahlen (20€).

Tina als Guide war super. Sie sprach sehr gut Deutsch und hat uns immer einen Platz im Schatten gesucht. Der Busfahrer Niko war für einen Griechen unglaublich vorsichtig und sehr sicher. Einer der besten Busfuhrer die ich je in meinem Leben hatte.

Katherine, of katrien geeft je ruim de tijd om op eigen tempo naar de Acropolis te klimmen, d.m.v luister oortjes kan je de door haar vertelde geschiedenis toch mee krijgen. Echter uit eigen ervaring kan je beter alleen een fles water meenemen en je fotocamera/smartphone. Alles aan eten/drinken/backpack maakt het klimmen moelijker. Een unieke belevenis!!!!! Mensen met een slechte conditie of minder sterke botten is dit wel een no go! Wij betraden de top en het was geweldig!!! Straatjes best druk

Great advice from the TUI rep at our hotel, re the trip, ease of booking. The pick-up from my hotel was exactly on time. Excellent driver and tour guide, the guide Emma, is a local who obviously loves her island and gave a relaxed and informative tour.

Lindos is lovely - needed more time to fully enjoy it. Not for those with health issues or difficulty climbing LOTS of steep stairs. Coming down it felt quite unsafe because of the number of people and because the stairs/steps were open on one side with no handrail, so quite dangerous. Very busy! Guide was nice, but talked too much ... nonstop! wished we had gone by boat with swiming

Die Tour und die Akropolis waren super. Auch der Guide der alles detailliert beschrieben hat. Allerdings war der Preis für die Dauer und nur die Akropolis selbst recht hoch. Etwas zu hoch.

Enjoyed the experience overall. However, I didn't go right up to the acropolis due to the fact there was a sheer drop and nothing to hold on (or to stop you falling off) to to get up to it. My husband did go up and got some lovely pictures from the top but had to face lots of steps. Be prepared for a strenuous climb, big crowds and nothing to hold on to. Lindos was charming and the Olive shop at the top was lovely. The views were beautiful overlooking Lindos and the bay. Guide was informative.

Als je op een bepaalde afstand bent van de gids hoor je niets meer via headset. Vooral in die steegjes loop je achter elkaar en op de acropolis waar men moet klimmen waren de gids kwijt voor de rondleiding.

Tour dauert ab Ankunft in Lindos ca 3 Std. Aufstieg zur Akropolis dauert eine gute Std und anschließend hat man die Zeit für eigene Erkundung. Deutscher Guide, während der Tour wird man über Bluetooth Kopfhörer über die Geschichte und Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert, was entgegen einiger Bewertungen gut funktioniert. Zu Beginn der Tour bekommt man eine kleine Flasche Wasser umsonst, jedoch sollte man zusätzlich selbst noch Wasser dabei haben. Wir haben jeweils 1 - 1,5 Liter gebraucht.

Da wir in Theologos untergbracht waren, ist die Fahrt dorthin natürlich sehr bald losgegangen und man kam als letztes zurück. Es ist deswegen vorallem mit kleineren Kids ein anstrengender Tag. Aber es war sehenswert.

Le guide Dimitri au top, je recommande fortement. Le temps de trajet en bus 2h15 aller et autant au retour pour ramasser tous les autres participants… insupportable… visite frustrante car trop courte au regard du temps passé dans le bus !!

Der Ausflug war sehr interessant, der Guide hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und auch während der Busfahrt viel über die Gegend erzählt. Leider ist der Ausflug relativ kurz da es nicht wirklich viel auf der Akropolis zu sehen gibt und im Dorf Lindos sind nur Geschäfte die man besuchen kann. Ein toller Ausflug aber eine sehr lange Busfahrt wenn das Hotel weit entfernt ist durch viele Stops und preislich sehr teuer, für einen halben Tag, der Ausflug nach Symi hat und gleich viel gekostet.

Het bezoek aan Lindos was erg interessant. We werden goed begeleid door onze reisleidster die veel informatie vertelde over de plek en het dorpje eronder. Ook kregen we een drankje wat erg fijn was. Wel vond ik de tijd die we in Lindos konden besteden wat aan de korte kant. Ik had graag best een uurtje extra willen hebben, om zo ook uitgebreider het stadje te kunnen bezoeken en om een terrasje te kunnen pakken.

Fijne uitstap, goed dat het vroeg in de ochtend is (omwille van de hitte en drukte), goede verstaanbare uitleg in het Nederlands (tijdens busrit én ter plekke). Je krijgt voldoende tijd om de Akroplis te bezoeken en het stadje Lindos met de winkelstraatjes. Nadeel: lange busrit vanuit Ialysos (1 tot 1,5 uur).

Lindos was well worth the effort of climbing all those steps!! It was a physical challenge with it being so hot but the guide did make plenty of stops to enable you to catch your breath and take in your surroundings. The only negative was the ear piece we were given to wear as the fit wasn't ideal and kept coming off your ear

Erg mooie plek om te bezoeken. Als je onder de 24 jaar ben mag je zelfs gratis de akropolis op! De gids was een leuke vrouw en had veel informatie te vertellen, toch was het fijn om gewoon lekker rond te kijken en foto’s te maken ipv eerst 30 minuten uitleg. Misschien kan dat de volgende keer verdeeld worden? Voor diegene die dat juist erg interessant vinden

Thought it was overpriced.On our way back down from acropolis we must have took wrong turning in the little streets with shops then kept taking wrong turns,it was a relief to get out of what I would call the shop maze. Arrows would be helpful from the way we came in to the way out.Too many people on the tour two bus loads all cramped together in them little streets,Just a bit stressful probably better to do it on our own

De gids had keiveel interessants te vertellen. Groot minpunt: De contactpersoon in het hotel kon ons (zonder verdere uitleg) geen ticket verkopen voor de acropolis. Mss niet super belangrijk, maar als iedereen in de bus (uit andere hotels) wel tickets heeft, dan geeft je dit wel een vervelend gevoel. Gelukkig heeft de gids vanuit de bus gebeld zodat we niet zouden moeten aanschuiven.

The guide was ok, but due to the poor headpieces it was very hard to hear her, the audio kept breaking up. It would have been better with a smaller group as she just had too many people to look out for. The acropolis itself is impressive but the tour just needed a little something else to make it special.

De bus was goed op tijd ?? We waren op een goed uur in lindos zodat het er niet al te druk was. Mooie stad mooie site. De gids was zeer vriendrlijk gaf een goede uitleg maar voor ons had ze eigenlijk nog meer mogen vertellen over de geschiedenis want het het was kort en bomdig. Ze kon ook niet antwoorden op enkele vragen doe we hadden. Voor de rest was het een toffe dag in een mooie stad.

Preis Leistung stimmt hier nicht. Busfahrt, wenig Information vom Guide, Eintritt und wenig Freizeit. Um 200 Euro für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Es wäre besser gewesen mit dem Taxi zu fahren und die Tour alleine zu machen.

Wij hebben 2 uur in de bus gezeten op zowel de heen- als terugreis, waar ons maximaal een uur was aangegeven. We zaten als eerste in de bus en moesten heel veel mensen oppikken onderweg. Dat zou niet het geval zijn aldus onze overigens erg aardige Tui-hostess. Daarbij was de airco in de bus kapot. Hierdoor was het meer dan 40 graden in de geheel volle bus. Vlak voor Rhodosstad werd gewisseld van bus, maar toen waren we er bijna. We hadden achteraf beter zelf met een huurauto kunnen gaan of taxi

De stad lindos is de moeite waard om het mooie acropolis te bezichtigen. De gids vertelt heel duidelijk zodat iedereen het begrijpt. De gids doet rustig aan zodat iedereen boven aan de acropolis geraakt. Top excursie.

Sortie très sympa à faire. Le village de Lindos est un incontournable avec ses petites ruelles et ses rues pavées de petits galets. Avec une vue magnifique depuis l’acropole où nous avons fait de très belles photos. Notre guide était agréable et intéressante. Petit bémol, il a fallut se lever très tôt , alors que ce n’était pas très loin de notre hôtel , parce que notre bus s’arrêtait en route pour prendre d’autres vacanciers( sans avoir été prévenus). Le trajet nous a semblé un peu long.

The tour guides were brilliant, they had so much knowledge and were very pleasant and helpful. Both tours are a must do, the scenery was beautiful, so picturesque. I would rate both 10 out of 10.

Man lernt Lindos dabei kurz kennen und ist für einen weiteren Besuch (Empfehlenswert) gut vorbereitet. Tour geht auch glücklicherweise gleich morgens los und endet kurz vor dem Temperaturhoch in Lindos.

Früh morgens ist die beste Zeit für die Tour und auch der Aufstieg zur Aktopolis lässt sich leicht bewältigen. Die engen Gassen sind wunderbar. Aber die Getränkepreise sind sehr heftig gestiegen.

Vroeg opstaan ivm de warmte en lange busreis, maar bij aankomst heek indrukwekkend en zeker de moeite waard. We hadden een zeer enthousiaste reisleidster die alles goed uitlegde en zelfs voor een verkoelend drankje zorgde alvorens de traptreden te beklimmen in de warmte. Aanrader

Dit was een leuke uitstap. De akropolis is indrukwekkend en het uitzicht over de zee weergaloos. Lindos is een pittoresk stadje met smalle straatjes en veel winkeltjes. De Nederlandstalige gids was top. Ze heeft veel interessante weetjes meegegeven, niet alleen over de plaatsen die we bezocht hebben, maar ook over het dagelijks leven op het eiland. We hadden gerust nog wat langer door Lindos willen wandelen dan voorzien was.

De excursie beperkte zich tot een uitleg op de bus, het gezamenlijk naar boven te stappen op de Acropolis. Vanaf dan was je 2uur vrij om te wandelen en te zien dat je op een bepaald moment terug aan de bus was. Oudere mensen die beneden moesten blijven wegens te moeilijk stappen werden aan hun lot overgelaten en wisten niet hoelaat ze aan de bus moesten zijn (dit werd boven medegedeeld). Achteraf gezien hadden we beter de plaatselijke bus genomen en zelf tot daar gegaan. Veel te duur!

Pünktchen Abholung! Angenehmer Transfer. Tina die Reiseführerin hat es super gemacht. Über die ganze Fahrt hat sie und Rhodos näher gebracht. Linos und die Akropolis eine Traum.
