À quoi s'attendre
On the 19th of September 2021 a new volcanic crater was formed near La Palma. The volcano previously known as Cumbre Vieja erupted, completely changing the landscape west of the city. Hiking 6.5km on the newly christened Tajogaite – cracked mountain – you'll almost reach the crater. From here, awesome views of the lava flows and the Aridane Valley open up.

Abholzeit im Sommer erst um 10:30. dadurch kommt man in die Mittagshitze. an dem Tag gab es Alerta aufgrund sehr hoher Temperaturen. der Ausflug fand trotzdem Statt. Mitnahme von Wasser und luftiger Kleidung wurde empfohlen. positiv dass es Walking Stoecke gab.

Unser Guide Carlos war ein sehr angenehmer, unterhaltsamer Begleiter, der viel Interessantes über den Vulkan und die Insel zu erzählen hatte. Die Wanderung ist sehr lohnenswert, die Blicke auf den Vulkan und die Umgebung atemberaubend.

Bei einer geführten Tour ist es besonders wichtig, einen guten Reiseführer/Reiseführerin zu haben. Wir hatten Glück. Die noch recht junge Merle hat uns in ihrer netten Art alles Wissenswerte über den Vulkan, aber auch über Land und Leute erzählt. Es war eine wirklich sehr schöne, interessante Tour. Wir können sie auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Gefallen hat uns die Tour sehr gut. Sehr kompetente junge Frau. Weniger gut war der Treffpunkt, angegeben war der Visiter Center, tatsächlich ging es aber an der Bushaltestelle gegenüber los.

Romeo hat bei der Wanderung sich sehr gut um die Gruppe gekümmert und war sehr informativ und kompetent. Der Transfer mit Merle als Begleitung war angenehm, der Busfahrer war top. Buchung und Rückfragen von Deutschland aus problemlos. Mails wurden zügig beantwortet. Toiletten am Startpunkt wären hilfreich.

Wir haben viele Informationen über die Umgebung, den Vulkanausbruch und die Zeit danach bekommen. Es war sehr beeindruckend und man hat ein Gefühl für die Wucht des Ausbruches erhalten.

Das war eine sehr informative kurzweilige Tour. Vielen Dank an den deutschen Guide Merle. Sie hat uns alle Fragen beantworten können und war total nett. Leider war ich etwas angeschlagen, aber da konnte ja keiner etwas für. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen
