Experience a unique olfactory journey with this visit to the Fragonard Perfume Museum in Paris including a 20-minute workshop to create your own Eau de Toilette!Located right next door to the Opera Garnier, the Fragonard Museum is an old private mansion sheltering a unique collection of ancient fragrance bottles. Immersed in a Second Empire atmosphere, you will wander through a timeless space and traverse 3,000 years of history! You'll discover the know-how of Grasse, vanished raw materials, and ancient fragrant objects. You'll see ancient art objects and exploits of goldsmithery; as well as rare and precious bottles from the Pharaohs to Fabergé.After this 20 minute visit to the museum, you'll join a perfume workshop to unveil the history, the origin, and the culture of a very special flower and the way it is used in perfumery. Following your teacher's advice, you will create and customize your own Eau de Toilette (12 ml in a spray). A moment of sensory and olfactory memory development with the explanation of the olfactory pyramid, the recognition of 3 blended compositions that enter into the Flower of the Year eau de toilette.
