It includes free entry to the main museums, unlimited access to public transportation, a canal cruise, and a 24-hour bike rental! The I amsterdam City Card will allow you to visit the main attractions of the Dutch capital for free, saving up to 60%!Among the attractions included, here are some of the must-sees: Rijksmuseum, Moco Museum, Rembrandt House Museum, ARTIS Zoo, Science Center Nemo, A'DAM LOOKOUT, H'ART, and Windmills of Zaanse Schans. Each tourist card also includes discounted admission to other attractions, such as Heineken Experience, Johan Cruijff ArenA, and Amsterdam Dungeon. You'll also have unlimited access to the city's public transportation system for the duration of the card. On top of all that, a free canal cruise and free bike rental for 24 hours are included!How does the City Card work? The I amsterdam City Card is a digital card that works on smartphones through an application. To use the card, you'll need to download the I amsterdam City Card app and add the card. Remember to activate the card only when you're in Amsterdam and ready to use it. Make sure to charge your smartphone so that you have access to it throughout the day. Through the app, you'll be able to transfer cards to your family or friends and navigate the city through a map that highlights the best locations. The "I amsterdam City Card" comes in digital form and works on smartphones through an app. To use the City Card you will need to download the "I amsterdam City Card" app and add your card to it. Activate the card only when you are in Amsterdam and ready to use it
Please note that you are required to claim your digital City Card by installing the official City Card App and registering by using your unique CC-code specified in your voucher
You can download the app in iOS and android by searching "I amsterdam City Card" app in each corresponding app store
Make sure to charge your smartphone well to ensure you have access to it all day. Through the app, you can transfer cards to your family members or friends and navigate the city through a map highlighting the best locations. Once a card has been transferred, it cannot be transferred (back) again
Please note that for some locations it is required to book a timeslot in advance. Visit iamsterdam.com/timeslot to book yours. Booking a time slot will not activate your City Card

Disappointingly we were unable to fully utilise the card as most places were fully booked until mid September(Van Gogh& Anne Frank in particular).However the guys at the Rijk Museum were great and acclerated our 'time slot' so we were able to enjoy our visit to them.

Spent 4 & a half days in Amsterdam and used the IAmsterdam card a lot. Definitely worth buying 120 hrs as entry in most of the museums we wanted to see, trams, local buses and a canal tour were all covered. Sometimes when app was slow to appear on phone, discovered it worked in Flight Mode better!
