The whitewashed island of Santorini is calling out to be explored. Curved around a sea-filled caldera that was formed by a massive volcanic eruption 3,500 years ago, you'll travel across first thing, leaving you with a full day to explore its rustic villages and blue-topped churches. A guided walking tour of Fira is on the agenda, as well as free time to explore at your own pace.
