Wat te verwachten
Dierenliefhebbers halen hun hart op in de zoo van Benidorm. De vier themagebieden strekken zich uit over tuinen en landschappen en bevatten een uitgebreide verzameling aan dieren die op de Ark van Noah zeker niet zouden misstaan.Zo maak je kennis met Pangea, een wereld vol met giftige wezens, of Amerika, met panters, flamingo's, ara's en een tropisch plantenbos waar je overblijfselen van de Maya-cultuur bewondert. Trek naar Azië, waar de pareltjes van de zoo leven. Zo zie je hier olifanten, tijgers, neushoorns en nog veel meer dieren. De hele zoo is bovendien ontworpen rond een echt "belevingsconcept". Je staat haast oog in oog met de dieren met alleen het veiligheidsglas tussen jou en hen in. Mis zeker de vogelshows niet en kijk hoe papegaaien, valken en haviken door de lucht zweven. Bovendien is de transfer van en naar je hotel inbegrepen.

Er is een Engelssprekende begeleider in de bus naar de parken, maar de terugreis is zonder begeleider of gids
Bij Aqua Natura Benidorm gelden voor sommige attracties gewichts- en lengtebeperkingen als onderdeel van de standaard veiligheidsmaatregelen in waterparken. Deze beperkingen staan duidelijk aangegeven bij de kassa's en op de officiële website van het park. Het is een goed idee om deze vooraf te checken, zodat je op de dag zelf niet voor verrassingen komt te staan

Our family visit to Terra Natura was a delightful adventure filled with a diverse range of experiences that captivated each of us. My daughter was enchanted by the interactive animal exhibits, allowing her to see and learn about fascinating wildlife up close, which sparked her curiosity and wonder. The trip to both the zoo and water park was a great day out we thourghly enjoyed getting close to the animals and the bird show was brilliant and educational. I think the zoo could have better sign posted within the grounds.

We think an earlier bus for people who are just seeing the zoo, we were finished for 13.45, bus did not return until 5pm, so got a taxi

Everything was very expensive and nothing was open till late on in the morning. Animals was very thin and lethargic. No zoo keepers around anywhere.

Very good day out. Can get very close to some of the animals. Lots of walking. Food was good value for the type of venue, gave us a discount for being a TUI customer. Lot of queues for the food vendors, we got there just in time. 10/10 would recommend

Brillamt day loved all the animals and feeding the deers ,very quiet when we went so very good to get around. Was a bit of a long day when only doing the zoo but plenty of places to eat to pass the time.

Very expensive for what it was. Quite old and abandoned looking in places. Play park & adventure course was good for the kids. Transport dropped us off at 11am and wasn't collecting again till 5pm, so we got taxi back as didn't take long to go around park.

Pros: animals, enclosures looked well kept and maintained for the animals Cons: the different areas you pass through did not always have a shop or cafe open meaning there was no place to buy water, unless you walked back to the main entrance - considering the heat I would have thought they’d have these open for customers. No maps to take along the way so we missed a part and didn’t know until we had gotten home. No information about animals shows before beginning so we missed them too.

The zoo itself was great definitely worth it. Very disappointed that our transfer didn’t collect us and we had to pay for a taxi. Spoilt the experience for me. Even more disappointing that tui chat was useless when trying to resolve at the time and I haven’t heard anything back from them about my complaint.
