Iedereen deed enorm zijn best, bij het sporten van de dolfijnen bleven de mensen op de boot zoeken, uiteindelijk vonden ze er en vaarde ze terug naar de plaats. Waar we op het ogenblik heel wat hebben kunnen bezichtigen. De tocht was leuk met de busjes, de grotten de apen alles was af. Jammer hadden we weinig tijd voor achteraf nog even door Gilbraltar zelf te lopen, we moesten steeds onze tijd in het oog houden en dat vonden we wel jammer

Tui Tour guide was multilingual and spoke continuously throughout the 4hr return journey, confusing information given. She would not engage in answering specific questions raised by holiday makers. Overall visit & experience good but costly, despite being a 8hr day, time allocated at actual sites was hurried - only 20mins on rock, then 90mins + shopping ? Then 60mins looking for dolphins ??? Left to find bus station once boat returned to dock some 30min away in a busy town

The timing of the trip was ok, except when we went to see the light show in the cave which was excellent but there wasn't enough time to take photos at the top of the rock, we could have done with 40 minutes stay instead of 25 minutes stay.. The dolphin trip was excellent, we saw plenty of dolphins, the timing of the trip was ok too.

I think some more time at each area during the tour would be good.It felt a bit rushed at St Michael’s cave and viewing area The tour is a busy day and at first thought overpriced but well worth the money as seen what wanted to see in Gilbrator without hassle of negotiating it on your own

Also der Ausflug nach Gibraltar war insgsamt sehenswert. Nur der Tagesablauf war nicht gut organisiert. lange Wartezeit auf die Vans.Unser Reisebegleiter hat sich insgesamt mehr um die englisch sprachigen Gäste bemüht. Ich hatte ja extra deutsch gewählt. Nur die nötigsten Infos wurden auf deutsch kurz erklärt. Der Guide war auch bei den Unternehmungen nicht dabei. Der Fahrer des Minivans sprach auch nur spanisch-englisch, erschwert durch Familie mit schreienden Kleinkindern an Bord. Schade.

We did the dolphins and the rock. Although very enjoyable - we were very rushed. Didn't have time to look around. Some people who couldn't walk as fast as us missed the boat to see the dolphins. There was no time to have lunch fortunately we took a drink with us. Suggest if you want to look around do either the dolphins or the rock don't try and do both!!!

Bus kam eine Stunde zu spät (ohne proaktive Informationen durch den TUI Mitarbeiter vor Ort, im Hotel), Kinderwagen durften nicht mitgenommen werden. Lange Wartezeiten an ungeeigneten Orten, weite Wege zu Fuss und chaotische Organisation. Der Tourguide schien teilweise überfordert. Affenberg-Besuch war viel zu kurz und dadurch sehr stressig. Die Bootstour am Ende war jedoch ein Highlight.

I went on my own and enjoyed the whole day. Would have liked a bit more time with the monkeys. We had mini bus delays getting up the rock to see them so I think our time with the monkeys was cut short so as to catch the boat in time to see the dolphins. I still had one of the best days of my holiday. Thank you.

The bus was clean but had no toilet or mobile chargers. The guide NEVER gave me a map of Gibraltar/locations. The tour bus dropped us off at a point where there was no monkeys and said we only had 5-10 mins max on the rock. The dolphin tour was ok but could’ve been shorter and the rock tour longer. It was all so so rushed to get from the rock to the boat. We then had to wait 45 minutes as one passenger was missing. It was nowhere near worth £93 and I’d NOT RECOMMEND.

wij hebben dolfijnsafari gedaan, gids bracht ons naar vertrek, maar bij eerste kennismaking werd verteld, dat als je terugkwam van safari moest zelf terugkeren naar de bus in ca 15 minuten en dat je anders nt kon meegaan op de rots, wat bij een mevrouw met problemen op luchtwegen voor volle paniek zorgde, gelukkig kwam andere gids ons ophalen, want deelnemers zitten alleen op boot, en deze respecteren hun tijden nt, aankomst was op moment dat we reeds aan bus moesten zijn, voor rest was dit ok

We waren 1 van de 1e hotels bij het afhalen waardoor we 3u op de bus zaten enkel. Dat is wel lang. Op de rots kregen we weinig tijd om rustig foto's te nemen en de apen te volgen. Alles was redelijk getimed. Maar de dolfijnen waren top! Interessante uitleg over de dieren die we zagen. Aangename boot en genoeg plaats aan boord om goed te kijken. We hebben zeker een uur in de buurt van de dolfijnen gezeten zonder andere bootjes in de buurt.

Although an early start, was greeted by a very smiley Oscar the coach driver. The guide Anna was knowledgeable and kind making sure everyone was comfortable on the approx 2 and a half hour journey from our hotel. At coach park we were put into a minibus to caves which very beautiful with a very informative driver who also ensured we saw plenty of monkeys. Spent 30 minutes dolphin watching, then had time for a walk up shops and for something to eat. A long but lovely day

Ich wurde einfach nicht abgeholt. Mein Abhplpunkt wurde ohne jegliche Information einfach übergangen und es brauchte über 1 Stunde und 3 Anrufe im Kundencenter um überhaupt an diese Info zu kommen. Eine absolute Sauerei! Zeigt, dass Kunden absolut unwichtig sind.

The dolphin experience was fantastic, we saw loads of dolphins and the boat company was very informative about the dolphins. The tour of the rock was very dissatisfying and rushed, we only got to spend 10 minutes at St Michael’s cave which wasn’t enough time. We didn’t get to experience the talk about the caves or the light show and there was no time to get anything to eat from the cafe. It was straight through and back on the minibus. The other two stops of the minibus were the same - rushed!

When booking this tour at our hotel meeting, we asked Jane (our representative) if we could not visit the Rock as we had done this as family group a few years ago, instead going on a Town Visit. Jane advised we would need to speak with the Tour Guide (Sonia) on the coach, we did this. It was agreed a meeting point was confirmed, with a time of 14.00hrs. We made sure we were early. Sonia met us, we made our way as a walking group to the Ocean Village where we boarded the Dolphin Boat Tour.

De rock en de apen viel wat tegen, we hebben 2 apen gezien aan de uitgang van de rock. Er werd verder niet meer gestopt om naar nog andere apen te kijken. De boottocht naar de dolfijnen was zeer leuk en interessant. De gids van tui gaf te veel niet relevante informatie en praatte zo veel dat de info die we nodig hadden ofwel verloren ging of niet gegeven werd op het moment dat we het zouden verwachter waardoor er bij de reizigers verwarring ontstond.

The guide Ali is wonderful, knpwledgable, passionate with a great sense of humor. Wonderful women, alway's there helping us all threw out the tour. I have to say a big shout to David the minibus driver for the rock tour, he was a brilliant man and even let my daughter be his copilot in the front. Very attentive, hilarious and kind. We didn't expect to get so much from this trip, it is well worth and more what we paid. Please do not be put off by pricing, it is a full morning and afternoon.

The rock with monkeys and the dolphins were brilliant and worth paying for. Getting to bus and boat was not organised and we were left anxious finding different pick up points across Gibraltar on foot lots of walking , lots of passengers feeling the same way. Because of my recent health condition I did ask if there was any walking and was clearly told by tui rep no walking , this was definitely not the case. Also not one single bottled of water included

Die Kombination mit der Delphintour - super Idee! Formal haben wir auch alles gesehen, aber gefühlt war es eher ein "Durchwinken". Die Zeit für den Felsen mit der Tropfsteinhöhle war zu kurz, um den fantastischen Ausblick und die überwältigende Licht- und Toninstallation genießen zu können. Und gern wären wir danach noch einmal durch die bezaubernde Main Street gegangen. Warum mussten wir schon um 16:30 Uhr zurückfahren? Selbst die Gäste mit Halbpension hätten später noch ihr Abendbrot bekommen.

I’ve been waiting for years to see dolphins and it finally happened I saw over 50 with there young, I’m glad I went it was fantastic, didn’t do the rock went shopping and lunch instead, but had a fabulous day. Our tour guide on both excursions were fantastic.

Because we chose to do the 3 adventures in one visit it was a wonderful experience but rushed with very little breathing space.... definitely no time for food and only drank water as we walked around. Our minibus driver on the rock tour was amazing

Het was een leuke trip veel gezien in Gibraltar en ook veel dolfijnen gespot. Als je niet kiest voor de boottocht dan heb je 1,5 uur vrije tijd en kun je taxfree shoppen. De gids sprak 3 talen waaronder Nederlands en heeft de belangrijkste dingen heel goed uitgelegd. Echt de moeite waard!

The ?? trip was good rushed to get the bus to the rock tui rep on the Coach not happy when we got back she went mad at the poor driver in front of everyone he was brilliant no need to speak to him the way she did everyone said the same were were 20 minutes late she said she. Never had a trip late so she was going to report him it's her that's need reporting

We booked Dolphin Tour and Rock Tour so we didn't get any free time to sit down and eat.Apart from that,we had a great day.It was a very long day.A lot of time was eaten up picking people up all along the Costa del Sol.The streets cannot be driven around quickly in a big coach.Also we had people waiting in the wrong place which also ate into our time. I would like to end by thanking the Driver Sebastian and the Guide Petina who were both first class

We thought the mini bus tour was excellent. However, the original guide for the mini bus tour was so late that an alternative had to be found. He was very good but this delay impacted the time available for the actual tour :( There was quite a bit of stepping on and off the mini bus and the step was high and a bit awkward. Dolphins & apes were brilliant! Would be good to have a longer day, less rushed and time to see main centre too.

An amazing excursion! We loved seeing the dolphins, although it meant we had very little time to eat/ look around Gibraltar (but we knew this ahead of time from previous reviews). The rock tour was incredible too & our guide was very thorough & knowledgeable on Gibraltar & made us all laugh :) The monkeys were amazing! We were worried they wouldn’t like being disturbed, but they were very relaxed & it was good to hear how well looked after they are! Highly recommended- excellent value for money!

Amazing experience Awesome seeing the rock, monkeys and dolphins Would have preferred longer in the cave and with the monkeys but all in all an awesome experience Gibraltar passport control is a bit of a shambles to get through Not very well thought out leading to delays and time lost so if your thinking of doing this trip and you are not from the EU be prepared to wait what feels like a lifetime

Het varen/dolfijntoer was geweldig. De andere onderdelen kregen we iets te weinig tijd voor. De opname met de Nederlandse stem in het kleinere busje was super gehaast, met domme fouten en door het snelle spreken niet goed verstaanbaar. Al met al wel een hele leuke dag!

Dsmay guide excellent, our bus tour for monkey was excellent, pointed out so many Gibraltar historic facts driving around on way to monkeys, saw the monkeys and we saw dolphins. Only thing we would have liked was an extra half hour alone time in Gibraltar to see the shops seeing as we made he journey, however we paid for a monkey and dolphin tour not shopping so can't fault for this. Really good value for the money.

Not quite sufficient time between doing the rock tour and dolphin watching so we had to walk really fast to reach the boat and afterwards back to the coach. As we are elderly we cannot walk as fast as some younger members of our party

Die Tour war perfekt organisiert. Die Reiseleitung „Ali“ war sehr kompetent und konnte sehr gut deutsch und englisch sprechen. Wir hatten genug Freizeit und auch für die Fotostops blieb genug Zeit. Alles in allem ein gelungener Tagesausflug.

My son and I enjoyed everything about the trip. The guide was great and very informative, the dolphin trip was amazing. The only thing we would have wanted was a little more time on the rock, seeing the caves and monkeys felt a little rushed

We vonden de rock en dolfijnen leuk. Maar als je beide boekt dan moet je wel weten dat je 0 tijd heb om het centrum in te lopen om bv te shoppen. Dat wist ik niet en mijn dochter keek er wel naar uit. Dus het is door naar de rock door naar de dolfijnen en terug naar de bus. Maar verder was alles prima geregeld en de kids hebben het leuk gehad.

Great day out. You get a bit of everything. Shopping time on main street, tour guide, see the Gibraltar apes and are guaranteed to see lots of dolphins in July/August.

I would highly recommend this excursion. The staff were very professional, friendly and had good customer service. They were all very knowledgeable about the trip. The dolphin sighting was amazing there were so many around the boat playing and showing off, had some beautiful photos. The rock tour was really good and full of info. It was amazing to see wild monkeys and had no issues with them, had some great photos. Fabulous day but very rushed to get around everything.

The Tui representative created an atmosphere of anxiety on the bus when travelling through customs she stated she would wait until all people British and German were through passport control and she would come through last, when through we rushed along the road to where the coach was parked roughly 500meters then embarked on the bus, obviously some people could not walk as fast and when the Rep counted people on the bus we were missing several. The rep left leaving 1 person behind !!!

Great tour, truly outstanding family day out as a whole! Only down side to whole thing was the locals are truly a ********** bunch of people. I am a white man with a black girlfriend and in Spain and locally she has been treated so poorly. We wouldn’t return to Spain after travelling the world the looks and attitude she and I received was nothing short of evil!! TUI outstanding all round just the negative side being the welcome from staff and people a like as a whole due to her colour.

Small details would make this a more seemless experience from the customers perspective. Signs outside the hotels would help for tours - with multiple buses arriving at the same time it would help to have some directional signage. A few families were getting very worried that they’d missed the bus & didn’t know where to go. The dolphins were fab, lots circling the boat. The day itself is rushed - 20 mins in the cave, 5 mins at monkeys, 1 hour in Gibraltar. Good day out though, glad we did it.
