You'll discover Menorca by land and sea, and inside out, on this full day tour. Activities include a Mahon harbour boat trip and visits to the whitewashed Binibeca and Xoroi Cave. Nicola, one of our expert local guides, says "legend has it that the Xoroi cave was once the refuge of a man named Xoroi, who was shipwrecked during a storm and found shelter in the cave. The lore continues with tales of him falling in love with a local girl, leading to a romantic yet tragic story that adds an air of mystique to this stunning location."The fun kicks off with a boat trip around Mahon harbour. At five kilometres long, it's one of the world's largest natural harbours. It's fringed by historic buildings, fortifications and dotted with islands. Back on dry land, there's a tour of Mahon town followed by some free time. Nicola adds "reminders of the century-long British rule are still visible to this day – you can see sash and bow windows, door latches and handles just as you would in the UK." Then, discover the sugar-cube village of Binibeca and its whitewashed homes.Just a little further east along the coast, you'll find the Cova d'en Xoroi, a bar uniquely set within a cave on a cliff face. Here, you can sip on a refreshing drink while soaking in the breathtaking sea views from what is undoubtedly Menorca's coolest bar.

Diese Tour ist absolut empfehlenswert! Es empfiehlt sich allerdings in Mahon auf dem Schiff noch einmal die Toilette aufzusuchen… die nächste Möglichkeit ist erst ca. 1/12 bis 2 Std später in der Höhle. Alles in allem aber wunderschön. Noch ein kleiner Tipp: Kopfbedeckung für die knapp 1 Stündige Hafenrundfahrt mitnehmen - falls man keinen Platz im unteren Bereich erhält.

Stefanie als Reiseleiterin war sehr nett und versorgte die Gruppe mit einer ausgewogenen Menge interessanter Information. Besser geht es fast nicht. Die Hafenrundfahrt ist besonders schön. Der Ort Binibeca erscheint etwas überbewertet – nett anzusehen aber touristisch überlaufen, während die Gäste, die dort wohnen, wahrscheinlich einfach nur Ruhe haben möchten.

Tour guide Daniel was very knowledgeable. 3 trips in 1 day was too much as only 50 mins in Binibeca and only 45 mins at the Caves which made the trip very rushed. Mahon was lovely, plenty of time (3hrs) to look around and then the short boat trip around the harbour.

Der Stop im Weißen Dorf Binibeca hätte man sich sparen können. Der Aufenenthalt dauerte ca. 45 min. Viel zu lang. Man geht durch eine kleine Straße die durch und durch mit Restaurants und zwei kleinen Supermärkten gesäumt ist. Von den weißen Dorf sieht man nicht viel. Auch die Höhlen,welches nicht wirklich Höhlen sind, die Abends/Nachts einer Disco dienen, war nicht besonders. Man konnte ein paar schöne Fotos machen und ein Getränk gab es gratis. Auch hier der Aufenthalt viel zu lang.

Fr Diaz Suzana setzte Freitag Abend nach dem "Welcome" ALLE ihre möglichen Hebel in Bewegung damit wir am Samstag an dieser Tour noch teilnehmen konnten. Ganz ,ganz herzliches Dankeschön für den Einsatz von ihr. - Binibeca könnte gute 15 min länger Aufenthalt vertragen, (dafür evtl Mahon kürzer) bzw der Hinweis wie es direkt zu den Häusern ging. Durch Suchen verloren wir viel Zeit. - wenigstens eine diensthabende Person vom Experience Team soll Fr.nachmittags und am Wochenende erreichbar sein

Mit 51TN war die Gruppe für einen Guide sehr groß. Merkte man beim Gang durch Mahon. Die Hafenrundfahrt was sehr schön, aber die Erklärungen vom Band passten teilweise nicht und durch die Unterwasserscheiben war nichts zu sehen

The weather was bad on our trip, we felt rushed at Binibecca and the caves. The rep at the hotel led us to believe that we would have something to eat and drink at the caves. The journey time from the caves back to the hotel was over 90 mins. Wish we hadn't booked the trip.

A brilliant day out. Daniel, our guide should be on stage, very funny guy, but also very informative. Lovely boat trip around the harbor at Mahon, the day was only dampened by the torrential downpour on our tour of Mahon. The visit to the cave bar was amazing, never seen such a place.

Binibeca fand ich sehr uninteressant, besser mehr Zeit mit der Führung durch Mahon verbringen. Die Höhle Xoroi ist natürlich ein Highlight, wenn nicht gerade eine Horde Kreuzfahrer alles überläuft.

Die Tour war sehr interessant. Der Guide Daniel hat sehr viel Wissen und kann dies sehr kurzweilig vermitteln. Die Zeit für die prähistorische Stätte war zu kurz, vielleicht sollte man diesen Punkt weglassen und dafür in Mahon etwas mehr Zeit / Freizeit einplanen. Von Daniel bekommt man viele Hintergrundinformationen über Menorca, daher ein großes Plus für die Tour!

The pick up was prompt and easy The rep Stephanie was friendly and informative The tour of Mahon was nice Harbour cruise very good Visit to Binibeca was a bit rushed and we weren’t told that no food was available until we had left Mahon (managed to buy a tortilla in the supermarket but there was very little available) I didn’t particularly enjoy the visit to the historical site. Would have preferred longer at Biinibecca with lunch. The visit to the caves was amazing.

Der Ausflug war interessant und erlebnisreich.Unser Guide hatte gutes Fachwissen und brachte es mit viel Humor an uns weiter.Oft hatten wir leider zu wenig Zeit um alles ausreichend lange zu genießen.

Es war eine sehr informative abwechslungsreiche Tour. Der Preis ist für mich gerechtfertigt, wirklich viel geboten wird. Die Hafenrundfahrt sowie der Besuch der Höhle hat uns super gefallen. Wir hatten an jedem Punkt genügend Zeit um uns in Ruhe alles anzuschauen. Unser Tourguide Alvin war echt super und hat uns bestens über den Tag begleitet.
