Unsere Begleiterin war super nett, ihre Erläuterungen verständlich und informativ. Der Busfahrer freundlich und nett. Während der Fahrt fühlten wir uns sicher. Allerdings waren wir vom Einkaufszentrum etwas enttäuscht, wir hätten gerne in einem größeren Center unsere Shoppingtour gestartet. Aber wir hatten-davon abgesehen-einen tollen Tag.

Guide and driver excellent. Gave us a lot of interesting information on the way to the old town. Old town visit was enjoyable. Managed to find a nice place for coffee etc. we should have left more time to explore the Christopher Columbus museum which was fascinating. Trip to shopping centre was a waste of time , in a large out of town complex., and not the sort of shops we were expecting. Choice of somewhere to eat disappointing.

Dit was niet de excursie die was beloofd. Wij gingen naar het oude centrum, maar daar gingen de winkels pas open tussen 11:00 en 12:00. Dus ging winkel open gezien, want wij moesten alweer bij de bus zijn om 11:45. Wij dachten wij toen naar het centrum van Palma gingen maar dat was niet zo. Wij gingen vervolgens naar een modern winkelcentrum, maar daar was sfeer en gezelligheid. De reisleider sprak zeer slecht Engels. Terug werden wij ook niet het hotel afgezet, wij moesten nog 300 meter lopen.

Betten mit Holzbrett unter dem topper vom boxsprimgbett weil durchgelegen habe ich noch nie erlebt ein no go im jedem hotel.......für ein 5 Sterne ein ko krieterum. Hotel Anlage sonst top Ausgestattet nur die Möglichkeit werden im Haus nicht genutzt......abends keine bar für ein gemütlichen ausklang des tages,nur kinderbetreurung in der bar. Abendessen höchstens 3sterne würdig.personal top.

Veel te weinig tijd op 1 plek.Jullie kunnen beter de hele dag plannen in de oude stad, of in het winkelcentrum. Niet combineren, dan heb je te weinig tijd om alles te doen wat je wilt.

Lieber einen längeren Aufenthalt in der Stadt als so lange im Shopping Center. Die Markthalle war super - das Museum sowie die Kathedrale leider zu wenig Zeit zur Besichtigung - lieber a bissel mehr Zeit noch für die Altstadt anstatt im Shopping Center. Da gibt es leider nicht so tolle Angebote - manche Sachen nicht so gut verarbeitet. Also für mich und meine beleibtere Figur leider keine Auswahl an Kleidung vorhanden.

Der Ausflug wurde storniert wegen zu geringer Teilnahme. Unglaublich! Muss man den immer große Busse einplanen? Andere Anbieter vor Ort können das jedenfalls.

The pick up time is 8 am if you are staying in Taurito, which is the first pick up and the last drop off. It takes at least 90 minutes to pick up everyone and the same on the return journey. The visit to Las Palmas was good and the cathedral is worth a visit. The Alesios shopping centre is nice with a good choice of shops. Fosters Hollywood is a good place for lunch and the staff helpful and provide excellent service.

Besøg i Las Palmas - Vegueta - var meget tilfredsstillende, bortset fra den tid der var afsat. Man kunne helt sikkert bruge 1-2 timer mere, så der var tid til at besøge både katedral, Colombus museum og går en tur i de små gader. Fotostop var OK. Besøg i shoppingcenter er helt forkert. Det var et meget stort topmoderne indkøbscenter med eksklusive forretninger som vi ikke havde behov for. Dermed også sagt at der var afsat alt for meget tid (til shopping !?) - der var ikke andet. Mere senere.

tour war insgesamt gut, aber den letzten teil-das shopping center hätte man sich sparen können, war ein wenig langweilig früher hat man auch einen trip an den hauptstrand von las palmas gemacht, hat hier leider gefehlt..

The old city was beautiful and we enjoyed the opportunity to go into the Christopher Columbus Museum. However, I would not have booked this tour if I had been told in advance that it was two hours from our hotel to get there! Having a 10-year-old with ADHD, it was a massive struggle for her to be on the coach for that length of time. Not enough time in Las Palmas orat the shopping centre sadly. Seat belts on coach didn’t adjust / fit properly.

1,5uur in de oude stad en 2 uur in de mal ipv. 3uur volgens de folder, maar was voor ons voldoende. Gids was erg aardig en probeerde veel te vertellen over de omgeving waarin we reden.

stiptheid en comfort bus prima - gids was vriendelijk, maar sprak erbarmelijk engels en duits, wat we verstonden was wellicht humoristisch bedoeld, maar niet relevant - het bezoek aan het shoppingscentrum was totaal overbodig : ik waande me niet meer in grand canaria maar in een centrum zoals er zovele zijn in belgie - het verkennen van de historische binnnenstad was veel interessanter maar veel te kort - wel was de busrit verhelderend : gemerkt dat gran canaria meer is dan playas aan de oceaan

Het Shopping centrum was werkelijk niks aan Ik denk dat het oude centrum en de winkels daar in de buurt sfeervoller waren dan dat koude kille nieuwbouw Dus laat dat achterwege en laat de mensen meer tijd besteden bij de eerste stop

Michael the guide was amazing I would recommend longer for shopping 2 1/2 hrs isn’t long especially when you have to get food and normally their is a children’s price so to play the same price is t good in my view

Vonden het grote winkelcentrum niet zo leuk vorige jaar waren wij bij het winkelcentrum nabij het opera gebouw met heel veel eet gelegenheid in het bovenste etage. Ook toen over het strand gelopen kunnen jullie deze trip weer in julie reis bestand zetten.

Expected to be guided around the area not just given information on bus. Waste of money voucher for shops as most didnt take it. Title says guided tour so expected walking round with guide explaining places. Guide and driver were very helpful.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and helpful, the coach was on time and was explained clearly where to return to coach. Think the information on advertising should explain that's its a couple of hours in the old town and then 5 min stop for photos then the shopping mall. I was under the impression it was a day in the old town, however I had an enjoyable experience.

The Vagueta stop was enjoyable but could have done with longer in the old town. We didn’t have time to explore the 900m shopping street as we had to move on to the modern shopping mall. Prefer less time in the mall and more time in the old town or not to visit the mall at all. The guide Michael was superb - very knowledgeable and entertaining.

The morning was pleasurable, learning more about Gran Canaria and the culture of the people. It was also interesting seeing the old town of Las Palmas. The afternoon was very disappointing. I had asked the Tui rep in the hotel where the shopping mall was we would be taken to and was told it was by the sea so if we completed any shopping we could go for a walk. In the event the mall was way out of town, not many interesting shops—- a huge disappointment.
