What to expect
Join the all-access tour, which will begin with a 90-minute walking tour covering St. Paul’s Chapel, the Firefighter’s Memorial Wall and the 9/11 Memorial. Your guide will lead you to the 9/11 Museum (accessible via optional upgrade) where you’ll be provided with timed entry tickets to minimize wait times and you can enjoy the visit at your leisure.After the Museum visit, you’ll enter the Observatory (a two-minute walk away, accessible via optional upgrade). This panoramic observation deck is a marvel of engineering and architecture. The program begins in the lobby of the Freedom Tower with "Voices" - a film dedicated to the men and women of the Twin Towers and the new One World Trade Center. You’ll then take the "Sky Pod" elevator, which rises 1,250 ft (381 m) in the air in 60 seconds.The Observation Deck begins on the 102nd floor with the See Forever Theater and moves down to the 100th floor, where the main observation deck is situated. Immersive LED displays, interactive touch screen video, and dining options mean there's plenty to do, but the true draw is the view that awaits: the impressive New York City skyline.

9/11 Museum and One World Observatory tickets are available via an optional upgrade (please, see the ticket options in the calendar)
9/11 Museum and One World Observatory tickets are date/time specific and will be assigned based on availability
Freedom Tower policy: Tickets are only available on a specific date and time and cannot be used at any other time. The date will be the same date as the selected tour date. The actual entry time may vary based on availability. In the case of no availability, you will be notified and given the option to select another date
9/11 Museum policy: You will get a timed entry into the 9/11 Museum Depending on availability, your ticket may be for immediately after the tour conclusion or some time later. The museum reserves the discretion not to admit you if you are early or late You cannot exit and reenter the museum. There is a security check point upon entering the museum: All large bags will need to be checked at the coat check. You can bring in food and beverage, but need to eat that in the Atrium level. No flash photography is allowed. No talking on cellular phones

Please meet your tour outside of St. Paul's Chapel, 209 Broadway. Arrive 15 minutes before. Look for the tour guide or representative, who will be wearing an orange hat and/or a blue shirt or jacket. The tour ends at 9/11 Memorial, about 4 blocks from the meeting location.Please note: do not meet at the 9/11 Memorial, 9/11 Museum or the One World Observatory.

Unser Guide hat leider nur englisch mit Akzent gesprochen. 9/11 Museumsbesuch und der Besuch des One World Oberservatory, beides sehr beeindruckend. Für das Museum genügend Zeit (min. 2 Stunden) einplanen. Beim WT - Turm kann auf das Tablett (10$) u. E. verzichtet werden.

De gids was een zeer vriendelijke gepensioneerde "local" die vol passie over "zijn" stad vertelde en over de dag 9/11 zelf. WE hadden ook kaartjes voor de One World geboekt maar helaas was het zwaar bewolkt en zouden we de stad niet kunnen zien vanaf de top.. Gelukkig bood men ter plaatse aan dat we het kostenloos konden omboeken naar een andere dag. Hier hebben we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt

Guide frühzeitig vor Ort und sehr gut zu finden. Sehr kompetent und freundlich. Führung lohnt sich. Man bekam vor Ort andere Tickets, mit denen gab es im weiteren Verlauf keine Probleme (bei anderen gebuchten Ausflügen, waren die TUI-Tickets immer unbekannt und führten zu Problemen). Beim Museum keine lange Wartezeit. Das Museum ist absolut sehenswert. Der Tower lohnt sich für einen Blick über New York. Wir hatten allerdings aufgrund Nebels keine gute Sicht.

Our guide Benoit was great. He was informative, provided a binder full of historical pictures for reference, and kept to the schedule. We then were on our own to explore the memorial and observation deck. I would highly recommend Benoit and this tour.
