What to expect

Antalya Aquarium is an award-winning attraction and it's easy to see why. It boasts an amazing array of species as well as the longest aquarium tunnel on the planet. What's more, there's a Snow World and the Fear Trophy experience – a themed exhibition housing some of the world's most dangerous creatures.Designed by a renowned Italian sculptor, the aquarium is a work of art. Coral reefs inspired him and the main tank even features a life-size aeroplane, a shipwreck and a submarine. Each installation is brimming with dozens of species of tropical fish and sharks from all over the world. There's also a special tank for jellyfish.For a small extra cost – and if you're brave enough – you can take on the Fear Trophy, a creepy exhibit that showcases the world's deadliest snakes, spiders and more. Or at Snow World, discover a winter wonderland with igloos, Santa's grotto and cafés. You can even have a snowball fight and make snowmen.

Het was niet duidelijk waar de bus ons kwam ophalen. We hebben een half uur rondjes gelopen. In het hotel sprak ook bijna niemand engels dus niemand kon helpen. Het aquarium was heel leuk, maar ik vond dat we er snel doorheen waren.

Het is leuk om een keer gezien te hebben maar het viel ons tegen, het is best klein en je bent er zo doorheen. Gelukkig kon je ook nog naar het wax museum maar 3u was echt te lang. Bijna €60 p.p. was echt te duur voor wat je krijgt. Verder was het wel mooi om te zien en nog even naar het wildpark te kunnen.

Het aquarium is niet zo groot, uurtje ben je erdoor heen. Veel te dure excursie voor een uurtje. Wel andere dingen in 't gebouw maar face 2 face museum (wassenbeelden) helemaal niet waard 5 min doorheen.
