Das Hotel ist sehr schön, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen das ist an einigen Stellen sichtbar. Ein großes Problem möchte ich aber anmerken. Ich bin in meiner Mobilität etwas eingeschränkt, habe aber auch viele andere Urlauber gesehen und auch gesprochen, das die Bodenplatten im Poolbereich, sehr glatt sind, gerade wenn sie nass sind. Somit besteht eine große Unfallgefahr auzurutschen was ich auch bei einigen beobachten konnte, und auch mir passierte. Das sollte unbedingt abgestellt we

I enjoy not waiting in queues and having the process taken care of including the completion of documentation required by immigration/passport control appeals to me very much and this is exactly what I received with this service. I always feel a little uncomfortable when taken to the front of queues but everyone has the option to purchase the fast track service so this is just a personal thing. Overall, I cannot fault the service I received and the professional, yet friendly, nature of the staff.

I was told to go speak to a security person because they didn't have my information. He sent me back to the experience staff who didn't seem to know what was happening with my booking. Eventually they looked properly and found my information and got the process started. But did I feel special definitely not.

Trotz des relativ hohen Preises empfand ich den Service als sehr gut. Es ging sehr schnell, innerhalb von 15 Minuten konnte ich den Flughafen verlassen. Der Preis in Höhe von 50 €/Person pro einen Service (Ankunft oder Abflug) ist schon ziemlich hoch. Ich bin der Meinung, dass man entweder ein günstigeres Komplettangebot oder auch Partner-/Familienangebote anbieten könnte.

e was very welcoming, and the fast track was exactly as it says on the tin and so much more. we were met with very friendly staff who just took over and whisked us through all the rig moral of the arrival and departure even filling out immigration cards and dealing with passport control both ways from very convenient meeting point right through to baggage collect and to transport on way in, and from entrance to departure lounge on way back. bit more information when met would be adventageous

Es war eine schnelle Abfertigung, hat alles super funktioniert. Man wurde durch den ganzen Flughafen begleitet. Die haben alles geregelt, man wurde komplett durchgeschlängelt vor allen anderen. Leider ein Minuspnkt, nicht Deutschsprechend. Aber man konnte sich verständigen.

Service war perfekt wie immer. Nach 3 Stunden Verspätung waren wir glücklich, so schnell an der gigantischen Schlange vor der Passkontrolle vorbei zu kommen und, ohne Koffer schleppen zu müssen, zum Tui Schalter und unserem Transfer gebracht zu werden. Mitarbeiter und der junge Mann, der sich um unser Gepäck gekümmert hat, waren trotz der späten Stunde freundlich und professionell. Gerne wieder.

Amazing service from start to finish.
Everything was hassle free, lovely lady waiting for us as soon as we got into the airport. No problems getting visas or luggage. All luggage popped on a trolley and escorted to our private transfer. Not a single queue to deal with it was all effortlessly done!!

Völlig überteuert. Wir waren nicht schneller als alle anderen. Im grunde kann man es sich sparen, da man sonst automatisch überall hingelenkt wird. Dazu wurde kein Deutsch gesprochen. Während des Vorgangs wurde der Guide 3 mal gewechselt. Total chaotisch. Dann war noch im Raum, das ich zu wenig Personen gebucht hätte, Fotos von unseren Pässen gemacht (was ich sehr uncool finde) Ende vom Lied, man braucht es nicht. Lieber das Geld für den Urlaub sparen.

Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass wir in den Kontrollbereichen von anderen Reisenden (ohne Fast Lane Service) beschimpft wurden. Eine Lösung wäre eine separate Linie bzw. Separate Kontrollstellen nur für Fast Lane Service. So würde man nicht mit den anderen Reisenden in Kontakt kommen.

I was really impressed with the speed, friendliness and help nature of the experience. Immigration cards were filled in for us and then straight to the front of the Q. We had to wait a bit for bags due to being though so quick and then helped to the transport, treated like VIP’s all the way!

Je wacht nergens loopt overal heel snel doorheen niets geen wachten. Onthou wel geen tax free winkel kan je bekijken en geen geld wisselen. Je bent als eerste bij je transfer, beter om ook privé transfer bij te boeken.

Wir haben diesen Service für den Hin- und Rückflug gebucht. Diese Bewertung bezieht sich auf den Rückflug. Wir kamen am Flughafen an und wurden von mehreren Mitarbeitern hektisch in Empfang genommen. Trotz Buchung eines deutschen Guides, konnte keiner Deutsch und auch nur schlechtes Englisch. Die Guides waren super hektisch und ließen uns ständig alleine stehen. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass diese uns einfach schnell loswerden wollten. Am Ende ist der Guide ohne Tschüss zu sagen verschwunden.

The service was fast and efficient on arrival at Hurghada Airport, the member of staff who greeted me was superb. Now, As I had lost a bit of weight on holiday and my face started to grow a beard, I was stopped at passport control and they questioned if I looked like my passport photo, I was looked at by 5 different ranking people was terrifying.

Der Service ist relativ teuer (auf die Personen gerechnet, ab 4 Personen sollte es einen Gruppenrabatt geben). Ansonsten kann ich nur positives berichten. Es lohnt sich diesen Service zu buchen, um schneller vorankommen. Gerade in der Schlange für die Kontrolle der Reisepässe. Ich wurde vorher per WhatsApp angeschrieben und wir haben bis zur Ankunft am Flughafen kommuniziert

Werde ich ab jetzt immer machen. Das war so easy und schnell. Ich musste nix schauen,nicht warten (was mit Kind manchmal echt nervenaufreibend werden kann). Alle waren super nett. Als serviceergänzung möchte ich anregen, die pers. Die diesen Service buchen, sind meist gehbehindert. In Mallorca hatten wir einen golfwagen ,und wurden gefahren. Es war auch in der Türkei möglich mit einem Rollstuhl gefahren zu werden. Das war natürlich für diese Menschen viel angenehmer und schneller.

Ich hatte schon öfter Vip-Check-In Service gebucht also hatte ich eine gewisse Vorstellung. Hier wurde man lediglich durch 4 Schalter geschleußt und das Visum wurde ausgefüllt, dass wars. Keine Lounge mit sauberen Toiletten, essen und trinken. Der Preis hierfür 49€ pro Person ist viel zu teuer. Das ganze hat max. 15 Minuten gedauert und dann wartet man wie alle anderen in der Abflughalle.

Wenn man das erste mal den tummel des Flughafens erlebt, ist ein Guide echt super. Mir wurde alles erklärt und das auf deutsch. Meine Wünsche wurden berücksichtigt ( ich wurde auf wunsch direkt an den Bankschalter gebracht, um die Teureren beim Visa zu umgehen). Auch wurde man schneller beim Zoll und der Sicherheitskontrolle vorbei geführt, kein langes warten der Schlange. Alleine dafür würde ich, das wieder buchen. Rundum gut gemacht ??

Nach Ankunft wurden wir schon erwartet. Eine Mitarbeiterin übernahm unsere Pässe und erledigte alles, über Visum und Einreisekarte. Wir brauchten nirgendwo anzustehen und waren binnen 10 min am Kofferband. Da war dann einer junger Mann mit Gepäckwagen welcher die Koffer dann zum Bus brachte. Also gesamt sehr guter Service kann man für Ägypten nur empfehlen bei den vielen Kontrollen die man durchlaufen muß. 48,- € pro Person könnte ein weniger preiswert sein.

In der Flughafenhalle empfing uns eine Mitarbeiterin mit einem Namensschild von uns in der Hand. Danach ging alles ganz schnell, an allen Warteschlangen vorbei und innerhalb von 5 Minuten standen wir am Kofferband. Absolut prima Service, aber der halbe Preis hätte auch ausgereicht. Trotzdem werden wir das immer wieder nutzen

Leider sind die €49,- viel zu hoch. Da ich gesundheitliche Probleme hatte hab ich den Service gebucht. Wahr leider keine grosse Hilfe. PS: Beim Heimfliegen würde der Service nur €20.- kostet. Also schon wieder eine Abzocke. Sie wahren sehr ungeduldig, dann gab es Probleme beim Visum. Kostet nicht €25.- sondern €29.- Das wahr leider rauss gewordenes Geld. NICHT ZU EMPFEHLEN
