What to remember
Know in advance:
It is important that you enter the email of the person who will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass
The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation or might be temporarily unavailable. Please check the Go City app for up-to-date information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go
Presenting an ID at some attractions may be necessary
Your All-Inclusive Pass is valid for 1 year from purchase date. Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you have purchased, commencing on the day on which you make first use of it. Please remember that calendar days are not 24-hour periods. If you use your pass at 3pm on Monday it will expire at midnight, so it's suggested that you start your day early to get the most out of your pass
Passes are personal and can't be transferred
After your purchase, you'll receive a digital pass with a unique QR code (and instructions to access the Go City app). Show it from your mobile device and at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveller’s pass, granting you admission
