Great

The cave and rum experience were great as well as the guides. Lunch was good. Timings were poor and we didn't even have time to go on the trail. Too much time spent on the road picking customers from different hotels. From 8:15am when picking started, we didn't get to the cave till about 10:30am.

Average

This wasn't quite as we were expecting. In short, a taxi picks you up and takes you to the Harrison's Cave centre. When you get there, you are left to your own devices to do the cave tour, walk, and rum tasting. I was expecting the Rum tasting to actually be at the distillery whereas it was part of the Harrison's Cave visitor centre. The taxi driver who picked us up spend the majority of the journey on his phone so didn't explain anything to us. This isn't a guided tour as we were expecting

Great

We enjoyed the caves, the guide was good. The check in was long and we felt that the tour was a bit disorganised, we went on the trail first and then was just left not knowing where to go, after doing the caves we had lunch but had to rush it as we were doing the rum tasting.

Great

Caves were impressive, guide and driver were good. Rum tasting was fun, Che the presenter was very engaging. Schedule Communications were not great - we were not told the time of the rum tasting, only got there (late) by accident; four other people who had paid for it missed it entirely. No time to go on the NATURE TRAIL which I really wanted to do, we needed another hour. Arrived 10.30 wait upstairs indoors for Cave tour 11.00-12.20 (Videos =Time wasted) 12.30 Lunch 1300 Rum tasting 1400 Taxi!

The overall experience was very good. However, the cost of the excursion was too high.

Great

The tram ride into the caves was excellent The lunch provided was really tasty (we had the fish option) We were told the pick up was 8.15 so we rushed breakfast (alarm went off at 6.30) only to be told at reception (after waiting 20 minute) that our pick up had changed to 9.50 (not very happy Seemed a little disorganised at first and took a lot of questioning as to what was going on (we shared a pick up with a couple who were doing a different trip)

Excellent

Great experience. Loved the caves. Being plunged into complete darkness hundred of feet below ground was incredible. The naure trail is fairly short and could be done in flip-flops. The walking footwear recommended is not really necessary. The rum tasting was fabulous. Starting with a rum punch then onto the tating three rums. Rico who took us through the history and development of the rum production was delightfully entertainiing. Overall a great day out.
