What to remember
Helsinki Card online guidebook includes information on museums and establishments associated with the program. It includes brief descriptions, address, phone number and times, and, if applicable, information on the discounts offered
Popular major attractions included: free admittance to all major museums, discount on the Helsinki Zoo admission fee, free public transportation in the zones AB (City Helsinki Card) or zones ABC (Region Helsinki Card), Hop on Hop off bus (free 24h ticket from May to September)
Tours included: Helsinki Panorama audio sightseeing tour by bus (October-April), Beautiful Canal Cruise by boat (May-September), City Highlights Cruise (May -September)
The Helsinki card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first use depending on which option you purchase
Your card will not be replaced or refunded if lost
When you use the Helsinki Card on public transport you must show the Card to the public transportation card reader

You can pick up your Helsinki Card from any of the following collection points: - Excess Baggage Airport Services, Helsinki-Vantaa Airport, Terminal 2, Arrivals Hall // - Department Store Stockmann Service Point, Aleksanterinkatu 52 (8th floor), Helsinki // - During the summer season (May to September): Stromma Sales kiosk at Market Square Kolera-allas, Helsinki Sightseeing departure point, indicated with yellow SIGHTSEEING flags. Open: 10:00-14:30. During high season, the kiosk opens later. // - During the winter season (October to December): Panorama Sightseeing departure point at the Senate Square, by the Helsinki Cathedral. Voucher exchange possible up to 15 minutes before the tour starts.
