I bought a ticket on line. As I was on vacation I did not have a printer at my disposal. It was very difficult to enter the building without a printed ticket. They could not scan the QR code on my mobile phone. I spent ten minutes with the customer service to solve the problems.

Sehr schönes vielseitiges Museum , bei jeder Reise in Wien sehenswert.
Vom Café im Museum war ich enttäuscht : außerhalb Mittagszeit und Abendessen Zeit bekommt man nichts , außer Kuchen von der Auslage, der Kellner war ungeduldig und frech.
