The time in St Moritz was short. You could either have a nice lunch or head to the shops. It would have been nice to do both. Chiavenna and Tirana were both lovely but particularly in Chiavenna the shops and bars were mostly closed on Monday. The guide, however, Julia, was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area

Not given enough time at the smaller towns. I would recommend cutting one of them out from the schedule or spending less time in St Moritz.

The guide and driver were fantadtic. Views were spectacular, but would have liked a little longer st first stop and longer in Saint Moritz to go up to the town and look around- you only had time to walk up quickly or relax and enjoy the lake, but not both

We didn’t get to go on this experience as there was confusion over the location of the pick up point. Please be more clear to your customers on how to get to the point. We were waiting most of the morning and trying to contact someone. Very disappointed.

Loved the train trip. Would have rather had a stop nearer the centre of Tirano or a shorter time there as very little to see. More guidance on best bits of St Moritz to visit in the rain - information given was only about where to eat.

Loved this trip. Well worth the experience. Julia had excellent knowledge of all the areas we went through. St Moritz was lovely. The place itself is expensive but I was only there for a few hours I felt it was worth the cost. Definitely worth the trip.

Have done trip before so was little surprised that we did not do the full route. No info about this when u book. However it was nice to see sone of the countryside towns and villages that we would have missed. Excellent guide and driver, but rushed for time as we had to wait for clients on Bellagio ferry which was running late. Nevertheless it’s a special day out

A wonderful day on Bernina Express, from pick up at hotel the whole experience was so well organised and interesting. The scenery was stunning and Julia our guide was so passionate and knowledgeable, sharing so much historical info along the way. Also a shout out to a very experienced and pleasant driver Giovanni. A trip not to be missed, excellent value for money

The only negative thing was that this is an extremely long day, particularly since, from Belaggio, it is necessary to get the car ferry to/from Cadenabbia to join and leave the trip. The driver and trip host were excellent and the train journey was spectacular. The various stops were excellently planned to allow guests to feed and water at various times through the day.

Great
Shops were shut in St moritiz as holiday. Told at last minute. Everyone put in back.ot train and told View same on both sides. This not true. Fortunately on right side but then people leaning over us to take photos. Very unimpressed with st Morita. Fòd awful and expensive in Hausers. However journey was amazing.

The tour was well organised & great local information given by the guide Julia. The coach drivers were very skilled & we felt safe. Everything ran to time despite some rather incompetent ‘fellow passengers ‘. The scenery was breathtaking of course. Good value for money too.

the express was amazing - stunning scenery from start to finish, st moritz was ok - felt a little rushed. thought the last stop in the little village could have been missed altogether - not that long since we set off from st moritz and had it been skipped it would have meant bellagio guests would have got back a little earlier for going out for tea.

The journey to and from along with the various towns we stopped in, were picturesque and interesting. Guide was very knowledgeable but on such a tight timeline that I heard her telling people they didnt have time to use the toilet which I felt was rather unreasonable considering how often she commented on how we all kept good time for the bus etc.

We didn’t think going into St Moritz town worthwhile, I wouldn’t advise people to waste their time but to enjoy the lake area for lunch instead. My wife thought we were to have the glass top carriages and was a bit let down because to us that is the Bernina Express experience. However the views did make up for this and it is a great way to see the mountains. The coach driver and guide were extremely good. He drove extremely smooth and our guide provided lots of information.

A fantastic day out. The scenery was amazing. Bernina Express was a great experience. Very well organised. Well timed comfort breaks in nice villages. The tour guide was very friendly with interestesting commentary. The driver was amazing as he navigated numerous hairpin bends. Would highly recommend this excursion.

Guide was very informative and kept us updated throughout the trip. We enjoyed stopping in Tirana- the church was tremendous and the Bernini express was a great experience, it would be even better in the winter with snow. Scenery was fantastic and we enjoyed the return bus trip watching the scenery change coming from Switzerland back to Italy

Airport delays both ends and nobody gives any information out even Tui reps on desk, sitting on a plane for 1/2 hour on apron after flight was delayed one hour and no announcement made to tell yo why , very annoying 3 hour transfer from airport when there are several airports close to resort Hotel, Tui rep in hotel, Trips and guide were first class

Views when travelling on bus and mountain train were excellent with clean windows so pictures came out well. Chiavenna was a good stop on return journey could have spent more time there with less at St Moritz. A cafe in the hills if one could be found would be a better lunch stop than St Moritz.

Loved the train journey and the scenery. Underwhelmed by St Moritz nothing much open as appeared to be their closed season between summer and winter. The website said trip would be 8 hours typically, the trip we were on was 11.5 hours
