On the route Eigergletscher - Jungfraujoch and back, dogs require a paid ticket. A half-price ticket (2nd class) is required for BLS boats, trains and buses
Know in advance:
The QR code is the ticket, there´s no need to exchange it. Just board by scanning one QR code per person at the gate or hop on the train if no gates
Infants (0-5) travel for free
With the Jungfrau Travel Pass, you can travel freely across the Jungfrau Region between April and October on the days you have booked
The Jungfrau Travel Pass is valid for the selected consecutive days from the chosen starting day. Please, select your start date from the calendar
The Jungfrau Travel Pass is personal and non-transferable and only valid for the selected consecutive days. Date changes and extensions are not possible
As a holder of the Jungfrau Travel Pass, you receive the connecting ticket from Eigergletscher to Jungfraujoch for CHF 63/CHF75 (return). Children with junior and grandchild tickets travel free along the entire route (incl. Jungfraujoch)
With the "wheelchair or pram", it is advisable to travel to the Jungfraujoch on the 3S-Bahn Eiger Express from Grindelwald Terminal (via Eigergletscher station). Groups of 3 or more wheelchairs should inform the ticket office clerk at the station of departure about the journey. This will enable any necessary assistance to be organised
