Don’t book this. I booked this for mine and my boyfriend’s anniversary while we were away.y official ticket from TUI says departure at 7PM be there 15 mins before. We were 25 mins early, and waited 15 mins after. The guy decided to change the time and not let us know until after. I received a message but it did t make it to my phone due to not having data. This was day of. No where on my ticket did it say times subject to change. He then refused to refund me after and TUI said they won’t help.
