It is important that you enter the email of the person that will be redeeming and using the pass at checkout. This information is required to redeem your pass

Enjoy maximum flexibility! All unused passes can be cancelled for free up to 1 year after purchase date
Once activated, your pass will be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you have purchased, commencing on the day on which you make first use of it. Please remember that calendar days are not 24-hour periods. If you use your pass at 3pm on Monday it will expire at midnight, so we suggest you start your day early to get the most out of your pass!
The list of attractions can change at any time without notice. Some attractions require a reservation. Please check the Go City app or digital guide for up-to-date information on admission policies, hours of operation, and special instructions for getting in before you go

After your purchase, you will receive a digital pass with a unique QR code (and instructions to access the Go City app). Show it from your mobile device at your selected attractions. A representative will scan the code on each traveler’s pass, granting you admission
