This Class 3+ raft trip is a dream come true for adventurous paddlers craving an adrenaline-fuelled experience amidst untamed wilderness.Your adventure commences with a scenic drive from Jasper to the launch point at Mount Robson, the loftiest peak in the Canadian Rockies. Upon arrival, you'll be kitted out with wetsuits, paddle jackets, helmets, and life jackets. A certified guide will conduct a comprehensive safety briefing before you take to the water, steering through sections of large, undulating whitewater.Following a brief portage around Rearguard Falls, you'll plunge directly into the Fraser’s most exhilarating stretch. With swift, turbulent waves, this part of the river promises a wild ride that's bound to leave you drenched and grinning. Be vigilant for wildlife — and during late summer, you may even glimpse spawning salmon.The Fraser is renowned for its consistency — when other rivers dwindle, this one maintains its robust flow. Accessibility:
The minimum age to attend the activity is 12 years
The minimum weight to attend the activity is 90 lbs / 41 kg
The activity is suitable for fit, adventurous first-timers and experienced paddlers – some physical activity required
Not allowed:
Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to participate
Know in advance:
The trip duration includes return transportation, safety talk, and approx. 2 hours on the river
Rafting difficulty: class 3+
Minors (under age 18) must be accompanied by an adult on the river
The rafts can accommodate 6 passengers. Raft configuration is determined by raft guides daily based on overall group size. While best efforts are made to keep groups together in the same raft, due to logistics, this cannot be guaranteed
This tour operates in all weather conditions, rain or shine
The local operator reserves the right to cancel with full refund or alter any trip and/or substitute a different river or river section at our discretion
If the minimum of passengers is not reached, the tour will be cancelled, and you will be offered a refund or reschedule
You will leave all belongings in the bus while on the river, and the bus will meet you at the river take-out
Remember to bring:
Please be ready with your swimsuit on under your normal street clothes to make the change process easier once down by the river
A towel and warm clothing for afterward
Some water and a snack to enjoy after the trip

Meeting point:
Check-in is required 15 minutes before your trip's departure time. Please meet your guide at the White Maligne Rafting Van located in the public parking lot on the corner of Connaught Drive & Hazel Avenue – beside the washroom building, opposite Shell Gas Station. Paid all day public parking is available in this same parking lot, including limited RV parking. On arrival, you will be required to sign a liability waiver.
