- Select an activity or attraction. Click the "Check Availability" button and choose
a date. Only available dates will be highlighted.
- Some activities have multiple options that will appear here, such as tour language, seating, public
group or private tour, etc. Be sure to select the options that apply to you. Then you will be asked to
select your preferred departure time (if applicable) and the number of participants in your group.
- Complete your personal information and payment details on the next page and click "Confirm Booking.
- Once your booking has been submitted, it will be confirmed. In most cases, the booking is confirmed
immediately after purchase or within a few hours unless otherwise stated in the activity description.
You will receive the booking voucher by email. Print your ticket (unless it’s a mobile voucher) and
bring it to the meeting point indicated on the ticket.
Can I purchase an activity as a gift?

Yes! Simply select an experience and click the Gift button. You can also personalize
your gift with a personal message and a photo. The recipient of the gift will receive a code. This code
must be entered on our website to redeem their wonderful gift.
Can I book over the telephone?

Tripdo is an online booking service, but you can also book by phone. Our customer
service is available every day by email or phone from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Italian time (CET).

Do I need to register to make a purchase?

You can register or proceed as a guest during the purchase. We recommend registering
and creating an account so you can access your order directly on our Tripdo website and app anytime,
anywhere, and also receive various offers and discounts.
Once I’ve booked, is my booking confirmed?

In most cases, the booking is confirmed immediately after purchase or within a few
hours unless otherwise stated in the activity description. You will receive a confirmation email with
the voucher. If you are a registered customer, you can confirm and also download your vouchers directly
from your account. If you are not registered and do not receive your confirmation email, Check your spam folder or
contact us at support@Tripdo.com.

Can I modify my booking?

It may be possible to modify your booking, but this depends on the type of
modification required and is at the discretion of the travel service provider. Contact Tripdo customer
service with your booking code, and we’ll let you know if the modification is possible. Please choose
your tour carefully, as not all travel service providers will accept changes once you have received your
booking confirmation.
