The Argan Oil experience was brilliant, very informative, patient and welcoming ladies who applied no pressure to buy anything. The souk guide first took us to what appeared to be his friends shop and then abandoned us (two young ladies) when we didn’t want to buy anything. We didn’t mind exploring alone but perhaps don’t book this if you would like a helpful guide who will take care of you.

The staff in the Argan cooperative were wonderful, very informative & not pushy with purchasing their products. Our Souk guide was lovely & gave us other little bits of information which was great .. He didnt ask what we were looking for or give us time to browse, just walked us through without stopping, took us to stalls where he clearly had a relationship with the owner & we were placed under pressure to purchase items we werent looking for. For that reason, I wouldnt rate this experience.

Gutes Erlebnis an sich, Man lernt einiges über die Herstellung von Arganöl und kann auch probieren. Leider ist die Tour über den Markt knapp bemessen, wenig Zeit zum umsehen.

The guide, Mohammed was fantastic around the souk, we told him what we hoped to buy and he took us to stalls that spoke English to help us. He even helped us to barter! The cooperative was informative and a lovely way of buying some argan oils without a pushy sell. Within the souk, they definitely amend prices since they know you’re a tourist so the guide was worth the money many times over. A cheap and enjoyable day out!

Der Besuch im Arganshop braucht man nicht. Nur den Markt kann man gut besuchen. Der Guide für den Markt spricht nur english und rennt über den Markt zeigt ein paar Dinge und seine Lieblingsverkäufer. Zum Schluss ist man dann 30 bis 40 Minuten alleine und hoffentlich weiß man den Weg zurück noch zum Arganshop. Service nicht gut und keine Toilette auf dem Markt. Schade sonst prima.

The argan experience was great, very informative & lots of products to choose from but not pressured into buying anything. Mohammed who took us around the Souk was great, very knowledgeable but due to limited time we felt quite rushed. So would have been nicer to have more time to wander around the Souk to actually stop & look/buy things

Very educational, friendly and polite, we were able to taste the difference honey and oils. A lot of natural products, for various elements. Good tour of the market, with the tour guide, would recommend ????

Die Geschichte des Arganbaums und der Zubereitung von Arganöl war sehr spannend, allerdings wurde es danach mehr zu einem Verkaufsgespräch und die Produkte waren dort wirklich teuer. Auf dem Souk selber war es sehr interessant aber auch erschlagend von der vielen Angeboten. Es war gut das wir der Guide dabei hatten, der uns in der ein oder anderen Situation aushelfen konnte.

Die Bewertung wäre besser gewesen. Aber, unser Guide hat uns im Souk mit einer ungenauen Wegbeschreibung allein gelassen. Wir hätten mehr Zeit gehabt, waren dann aber froh, dass wir unseren Chauffeur wiedergefunden haben.

The staff at the argon cooperative were very welcoming and informative teach you a lot!! The guide for the souk made us feel so safe as two young girls and he was so lovely would 100% recommend!! He shown us round everywhere and made sure no one tried to hassle you. Such good value for money

Arrived first to Argan cooperative via the back door! We were a little late and another tourist group were shown into room during our presentation so was rushed to finish choosing our purchases. Souk guide directed us to his associates only, did not help haggle prices with us. Lots of walking about in the Souk. May be too much for anyone with mobility isssues.

Vi startede i en butik med arganolie, det var dejligt, men lidt dyrt. Men de var flinke og det var en fin oplevelse. Bagefter blev vi hentet af en guide, Ahmed. Han var super flink, og fortalte meget da vi gik rundt i souken. Vi kom fint rundt i de forskellige gange. Dem der solgte kopivarer som fx sko og sportstøj, var meget mere interesserede i at få os ind sammenlignet med dem i madafdelingen. Det var dog rimelig nemt at sige nej tak. Der var styr på alt, så vil klart anbefale turen.

Guide was epic!! Was really helpful, answered lots of questions, made sure we got good prices and not a lot of hassle. My only negitive was being left in a shop for 40 minutes not knowing when the taxi was coming and the people working in the shop had no idea! But overall such a good experience

Ich wurden überpünktlich am Hotel abgeholt. Der Empfang in Agadir war sehr herzlich. Die Erklärung zum arganöl und seine Wirkungen sehr gut verständlich. Die Preise fair. Mein Guide Ahmed hat mir die Geschichte des Souk erzählt und ihn mir ausführlich gezeigt. Dabei ist er auf meine Wünsche individuell eingegangen. Ich habe Gewürze, Tee und handgemachte Lederschuhe gekauft. Wir haben zusammen einen Granatapfelsaft getrunken. Er hat mir die guten stände mit echtem Handwerk gezeigt. Rundherum ??
