Loved the whole day. Chelsea was an amazing guide and very informative and friendly. Felt the timings for each activity were just right. Didn't feel rushed at all. Loved lunch and learning how to cook a traditional Thai soup. The elephants were definitely the highlight, but the bamboo rafting and coffee from bamboo cups (which we got to keep) was also amazing.

We love the experience with the elephants, they seemed very happy and very calm, bamboo rafting was very peaceful and relaxing, and the tea was refreshing, lunch was well catered for vegans/vegetarian, and monkey temple was again very peaceful and we really enjoyed interacting with the monkeys...

Wow, absolutely amazing day! Our tour guide was absolutely lovely! I think her name was margaret, she told us all about the thai culture. The day was abit rainy but overall sunny. The people at the elephant sanctuary were so welcoming. The raft experience was out of this world. If you have to pick an experience to go on, i would 100% reccomend this one. Plenty of water and coke offered to us throughout the day. Food wise was so fresh, we had a dish made right in front of us. Just wow ??

It was an amazing trip from start to finish, Poo our guide and our driver went out of their way to make it such a memorable experience. Bamboo rafting was so tranquil and beautiful and as for the elephant experience it was totally magical being up so close to such beautiful animals and the way they’re looked after is so special to see. We would both highly recommend this amazing trip.

The trip was amazing. Our guide was so friendly and informative and made our day out so much fun. The elephant experience was wonderful a memory made for life. We had a huge thunderstorm at lunchtime and following this rafted down the river which was great fun. You even get a little keepsake of a bamboo cup to take home. I'd highly recommend this trip

The whole day was great fun and very informative. My only criticism was the thai guide although she spoke very good English she spoke very fast and half the time we couldn’t understand her so he did miss out on some information and had to ask other guests.

The trip was fabulous from start to finish. Great guide with good knowledge of area. Very friendly and informative. Cooking demo was good and food provided was delicious. Bamboo rafting was very relaxing but the best bit was, of course, getting up close to the elephants. Just a great experience and I would highly recommend it.

Not sure about trip to market early in the morning would have preferred an extra hour in bed . Monkey temple was really good watching the baby monkeys play and jump into the water Thought the river raft was really good and loved the trip to the elephants . Wouldn’t change anything about those. Lunch was Lovely Thai dishes and was shown how to prepare Thai soup by guide . Guide was very informative and loves what she does . Great host and also we had a lovely driver . Providing us with drinks .

Everything planned very well, the time for each activity was just right. Pick up and drop off spot on time. Friendly and informative guide, she Took a lot of pictures for us and answered all questions. The cooking lesson was excellent, lunch was absolutely delicious! The views and experiences worth every penny.

The day flew by with so much to see & do excellent value for money and including a beautiful lunch with more than we could eat. Our guide Eric was charming, chatty , & very informative. Made the trip even better with his excellent sense of humour. Can’t recommend this trip enough 10/10

Queen is the guide was fabulous and made the trip exciting and informative. There was only a small amount of travelling between each activity which was a bonus. I loved all aspects of the day and the elephants seemed to have the overall say, as I was worried about the ethics, so this put my mind at rest. There was interaction but nothing over the top to overwhelm the animal. The rafting was amazing, the scenery was something from a movie, photos do not do it justice! A really enjoyable day ??

Everything about the trip we enjoyed. The rafting down the river was so relaxing peaceful and quiet. Chelsea our guide was knowledgeable and delightful and made us a lovely soup to go with our lunch. But the highlight of the day was the elephants and especially as we got to wash them in the river, made our day, one of the best trips we’ve had.

Absolute stunning time, elephants were amazing and well looked after, food was amazing and got taught how to cook tom yum, all the views was breathe taking and the bamboo raft is definitely something I didn't expect I needed to do.

Our guide called Poo was superb, kind, helpful, interesting, and great company. She ensured that we had the best day ever. Every part of the day exceeded our expectations. The market was interesting, the monkeys at the cave temple were just great, letting us take photos as they played in the water. The Bamboo rafting was superb, peaceful, and stunning. The elephant camp was the best. We fed, gave a mud scrub, and bathed Moo in the river. It was one of the best experiences of my life. Amazing!

The experience overall was great. The van was clean and comfortable and our guide and driver were very good and knowledgeable. The elephant experience was remarkable and the rafting portion was very well done. Lunch was as good a meal as we had on our entire trip. The only downside was that the trip was supposed to start and 7:30 and our driver did not show up until 8:30. It proved impossible to get a hold of anyone from TUI in real time to find out what was going on.

Bamboo rafting was superb, good to stop places on route to break up journey time. Not impressed by elephant sanctuary,the elephants were preforming for the tourists constantly walking back and fore to have mud baths etc and being fed by hand and not able to forage or be in natural environment

This is a amazing trip which is well set up with lots of interesting things to see on the way. We felt we understood the area better as a result of travelling around, and of course the stats of the show were the beautiful elephants. That specific part of the trip was, within itself, amazing!!

This trip has made my trip unforgettable! Margret was a great guide, who was very informative. She took us to a little early morning market first and we had a little fruit tasting, then onto a view point for some wonderful photos of the beautiful landscape. We went rafting around the river which was very tranquil and had some more beautiful scenery. A very tasty lunch was then had, then onto the elephant sanctuary which was amazing!!

The guide was very friendly and informative. It was a well organised and well put together day of experiences. The only downside was one of the elephants had a broken leg from when it was young that clearly still bothered it. Most on the experience felt that they should have used a different elephant from the park.

The Elephant Sanctuary visit and the Bamboo rafting were excellent. Lovely lunch and drinks provided. Guide and driver very helpful, friendly and took lots of photos for us. We didn't enjoy the market it was very smelly and the temple was being renovated so wasn't much to see there.

i have been on a lot of TUI experiences on different holidays and this was probably the best one me and my partner have ever done. There really isn't much to offer in the way of criticism, if you are going to Khao Lak via TUI you must book this experience.

It was a full day of varied activities but the best part was the elephant experience. I did fortunately have my bikini on but the instructions did not make it clear that I would be bathing with the elephants . I had booked the German tour by mistake but the guide Max was excellent and also spoke to me in English .

The Bamboo rafting was amazing although getting on and off was a challenge very slippy the bamboo guys did help. The elephant sanctuary I had mixed emotions, the experience was great although I was concerned how many times the elephants had the same routine over and over with different groups. The guide and driver were great really help and get involved too.

Loved everything! The elephant sanctuary was the highlight of my whole Thailand trip! The elephants are so well looked after and it's clear they are happy, it was such a fantastic experience being with them. The staff there were superb too, we loved it! The whole day was absolutely amazing. We particularly loved the elephant experience. Poo the tour guide was exceptional and took so many photos for us. It was an incredible day enjoyed by all the children and adults. We were looked after so well. Highly recommend. Once in a lifetime experience. The market visit was nice getting to look around and try different fruits. Rafting was incredibly peaceful and relaxing. The rafting guys were brilliant and even let our children have a go. Such fun!

This trip was fantastic. Can't fault it at all. The bamboo raft down the river was so serene, with a coffee stop in the middle of the forest just adding to the magic. The service from the minivan was great as well, with the cold towelettes and free drinks made available after every stop. Both the elephants and the monkeys were incredible. The best thing we have ever done on any holiday and I couldn't recommend it enough.

The trip was the best thing we have ever done! It was such a lovely day and our tour guide (Queen) was the most loveliest person ever. She always asked us if we wanted cold water and if we was having a lovely time. She also told us facts and interesting information about Thailand. The elephants were so well kept and the rafting was so beautiful and everyone was just so happy. I would 100% do it all again!

Excellent. The smell at the local market was unpleasant but kept away from that area. Some of Our food was covered in small ants so couldn’t eat it but it is outdoors and understandable. Guide and driver were great very helpful.

Great trip, loved the elephants and wished we could of spent more time with the elephants rather than go to the market and asked to walk through the smelly fish and meat that made me nearly throw up, and that was not just me, we all felt that. The fruit eating was ok though.

We loved the elephant sanctuary visit and the rafting experience. The elephants were beautiful creatures and seemed to be very well looked after and it was a privilege to bathe and feed them. The rafting experience was also very special and relaxing. We were less keen on the stop at the temple and the market. The temple, our guide declared, wasn’t a place that she liked and she told us very little about it and we were unable to explore much of it.

The whole day gave us such a wonderful taste of Thai life and wildlife. From the fruit tasting in the market to the emotional introduction to the rescued elephants, we couldn’t wait to see what we would experience next. We have two children aged 11 and 7 who happily walked next to the elephants on our way to the water hole for an “elephant spa day”. The lunch that followed was delicious and filling and it ended with a beautifully relaxed bamboo raft down the river with tea and coffee!

Feeding and then bathing the elephants was the best part of the trip. We have 2 teenagers and they absolutely loved it. The river rafting was good fun too and not even a full-blown tropical downpour could dampen our enjoyment of it. Our guide was really enthusiastic and informative

We really enjoyed the elephant sanctuary - despite the fact it was raining heavily. Everything else was a bonus as we only really booked for the elephant sanctuary. We felt there could have been some guidance on the Monkey Cave part, there was a small temple which we could enter but we got told off for wearing shoes in the praying area. There weren't any signs anywhere to remove footwear, so felt this could have been highlighted beforehand.

Myself and my partner really did have a life changing experience visiting the rescued elephants, they all looked incredibly happy and so well cared for! The Elephants were amazing , our highlight of the day , an up close and personal experience. Rafting was also great , just a shame that the water level of the river was so low. Our guide and drive both interacted with us and had a constant smile on their face , they could not do anymore to make it a special day for everyone.

The tour was honestly one of the best I have ever been on. Varied in terms of what we did and saw (local market, elephants, cookery class, good lunch, temple and the highlight of bamboo rafting through the jungle), very well organised and the tour guide (Boom) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and enhanced the whole experience. She and the driver worked to make it all as easy and convenient as possible. I’d highly recommend the tour.

The overall experience was truly amazing. It was great fun washing, feeding and walking with the elephants ??. The bamboo raft was very enjoyable along with the meal that we had. Our guide Chelsea was very helpful and gave us lots of Information. Chelsea took everyone's mobiles to take photos of all the action taking place. The driver we had for the day was very good too. A most enjoyable day.

Really enjoyed the market, elephants, lunch, bamboo rafting. The driver and guide were great with information and helping to get pictures when you are at viewpoints or with the elephants. River quite low for the rafting, we got grounded a couple of times, just added to the fun really! Didn't need the cooking demo so much. Take a towel for the elephants, and shoes you don't mind getting wet for the rafting.

Fantastic trip for us as we have a one year old so a lot of the other excursions aren't really possible. He could join in with every activity and the tour guide was brilliant with him. The elephant sanctuary are amazing with the animals of which most are rescued whilst the bamboo rafting was very serene (don't expect to see much wildlife though as its only really a taster). The monkey temple is nothing incredible but otherwise an amazing day.

Feeding the elephants, giving them a mud bath and washing them clean was brilliant and so much fun. Definitely the highlight of the tour. River rafting was great with stunning scenery through the rainforest. Our tour guide was brilliant. Very knowledgeable.

Loved the market, monkeys and the bamboo rafting! The elephant washing was a bit too dirty for my liking, but still a great experience. Overall a really lovely day of culture. Guide was friendly and helpful and lunch was good too. My only negative was there was a bit of hanging around in places which made it a very long day (9hrs in total). Also don’t bring a big bag as the guides often wanted us to leave it on the bus while we were out doing things.

This was an amazing experience, up close and personal with elephants was the hilight. Shame that the temple we visited was only to see monkeys as there are other temples that are more typical, with produce to buy (made by the monks). Our guide Ming was brilliant.

We had a fantastic day! Our highlights were the elephant sanctuary and bamboo raft ride. This was our highlight of our entire holiday to be honest, it was just magical! The only thing we thought could have been left out was the first stop to a local food market. It was sooo smelly as our guide told us it would be, but it was so bad that I think the entire group just ended up waiting near the bus for 20 minutes. Just felt like a waste of time. Lunch was incredible, such lovely Thai food. Thanks!

We had a fabulous day on this trip. Started with a brief stop at the local market. Then on to the elephants, amazing!! So much fun feeding and bathing them, what an experience. Lunch was fresh and lovely, even cooked some of it ourselves. Finally we finished the tour with relaxing rafting down the river, even managed to see a lizard and then a snake in the trees. Our guide was lovely and very informative. Definitely recommend this tour.

The whole day was absolutely amazing had just the right amount of time at each part of the trip would have loved the whole day with the elephants though, was fantastic. Renata was great answered all our questions and the bamboo raft ride was great with amazing scenery and the coffee hut with our bamboo cup souvenirs was great.

The elephant sactuary was amazing. Getting to prepare and feed elephant as well as cover them clay and was them off in river The monkey temple wasn't as nice as one we had visited before. A lot smaller. Market was nice just wished we had longer to look around as 20 minutes felt rushed. We couldn't see all of it as limited time. The raft ride was so relaxing and guide pointed out snakes and lizards. Also a small bamboo coffe raft. Where was given a bamboo cup and drink. Well worth it

The elephant tour (Thongsuk Elephant Park) was the main highlight. Please make sure you bring a towel and a change of clothes. The raft trip was pretty good. Great scenery of forest and mountains. The lunch and cooking class was OK..nothing special. The monkey temple and the view point would have been great if it wasnt raining that day. Our guide was great. Spoke good English and was enthusiastic about everything and apologise for the weather. I will go again.

Every moment was enjoyable, the guide was so friendly helpful and knowledgeable and really made the kids in the group come first. The sanctuary was incredible and you could tell the elephants were really looked after, this was an amazing experience with Ming our guide.

The guide (Renata) was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the tour. We loved being in the water with the elephants. Because the numbers were restricted it meant that it wasn't over crowded, which was good for us and the elephants. Wear clothes that you won't wear again on the trip, unless you can wash them, the red Thai mud staines.

What an awesome tour we were able to experience. The river rafting was so peaceful with the dramatic views of the high peaks. Just amazing. The temples we visited were so beautiful. The elephant sanctuary was inspiring. It’s origin and the work it does now. Spending time with such beautiful animals was the highlight of the day. Our tour guide, Sunni, was amazing. Very knowledgeable about the area and it’s history. Lunch as always was fantastic.

This was an outstanding day. The transport was prompt and comfortable. Guide Sami was excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Every element of the trip was very enjoyable, especially the elephants and the raft ride. Cooking class added fun to the excellent meal. Fantastic value for money and a very enjoyable day.
