Join a small-group, ravioli, and tiramisù from scratch!Meet your guide in the heart of Florence: if you choose the 9 AM (excluding Sundays), you'll start with a visit to the authentic Sant’Ambrogio Market. With your chef, explore stalls full of fresh local ingredients, vegetables, cheeses, meats, just like the locals do.Then it's back to the kitchen: aprons on, hands in the dough! Begin by preparing traditional sauces like ragù and tomato, then dive into making fresh pasta. The chef will guide you step-by-step through mixing, kneading, and resting the dough.While it sets: move on to dessert! Learn how to make creamy, dreamy tiramisù: one of Italy’s most iconic treats. After assembling it, enjoy a short break with Tuscan appetizers and a glass of wine while hearing stories of Italian food culture.Time to shape your pasta: master tagliatelle and ravioli with expert guidance, from cutting ribbons to stuffing with ricotta.
